Pep Guardiola was asked if Eling Haaland would have goals more than the goals that Lionel Messi have in Barcelona in Manchester City but Pep Guardiola replied to them that Lionel Messi is different from Eling Haaland, he said that Eling Haaland have those that are playing for him in Manchester City but Lionel Messi can work on his own to score goals. Maybe Pep Guardiola is right but I doubt even Lionel Messi can work on his own. When Xavi Hernandez and Iniesta was holding the midfield, Messi was the third and they both worked for him then and after the two legend left, it's all balls on Lionel Messi, so Pep Guardiola is not right on that statement.

Lionel Messi can't play the whole field, he can't be at the midfield and still defend at the same time, so without other ten players, Lionel Messi can't be who he is presently. So as they works for Eling Haaland before he score goal, then they works for Lionel Messi as well. The only thing that I think it makes Lionel Messi different from Eling Haaland is the dribbling skills. Eling Haaland can't face a player and dribble, but he struggles to score goals and that is even what FIFA that is the president of football all over the world want because it's from goals that they make money. Even premier league said that they want goals as many as possible this season.

What make Lionel Messi known all over the world is the goals that he scores and the assists that he always do, including the contribution he have in goals of which Eling Haaland have even from Burussia Dortmund, it's just that he is just beginning his career and he never even make the records of Lionel Messi and Christiano Ronaldo but if Injury didn't weigh him down, I think he can do it but I doubt he would continue scoring for long period of time in English premier league because he has called English premier league farm league and the defenders would get to know his style soon but that is fine if the FA didn't contribute to it by not blowing whistle even he is fouled many times.

The only thing I think Pep Guardiola is right about is that he plays with good players and that is why he is able to score many goals even as league recently begin and he seems be the only one scoring goals in Manchester City as the season starts, unlike last season that Kelvin De-bruyne and other midfielder used to score, so they are working only for him now because almost everyone at Manchester City are able to score last season but only Eling Haaland scores now and still makes assists when he didn't score, apart from only Phil Foden that scored hatrick along with Eling Haaland on Sunday and Eling Haaland still have assist in one of his goals.
