Do you think Some NFTs are Overpriced and a Risky Business to Resell?

Okay guy I asked the question above because of a post I just saw on Twitter a few minutes ago, some bought an unpopular NFT worth $2,872,733 a year ago and the person has not sold it yet but he or she asked a question on Twitter if it was a smart move holding the NFT or a dumb one because the NFTs is unpopular, cost a fortune and it is just a picture of a normal rock and nothing special about it.

My Opinion

In my humble opinion, I think it is overpriced though and it will be very hard to resell that is if the current owner of the NFT would ever find a buyer, because honestly, I would never buy that kind of NFT even if I have the money to waste it will not this particular NFT but that's my opinion, and if he or she could buy it then someone out there could buy it from the current owner but I doubt it will be for the same amount or high, although I am an upcoming artist and am not yet deep into abstract artwork this NFT right here doesn't work for me and anyone who thinks like me, the owner should thank the Lord that the world is not filled with people who would see the NFT the same way I see it because he or she won't sell it, Quick Question though let it not look like am a hater or something but looking at the NFT above would you buy it for $2.8 million? would you ever think of buying it? if Yes, how much would you buy it? I really like to know your opinion on this.

Why I Have Not Invested In NFTs Yet

You see this resell part of NFTs is the major reason why I have not gotten fully into NFTs because buying the NFT is not the problem but knowing the right place and time to sell it is, mostly if the NFT is not one of the popular ones who sell themselves like Bored Ape Yacht Club and Crypto Punk, who already has a large fan base. Because for the unknown NFTs that do not have any fan base at all, it could just sit there on your Opensea page for years or forever without anyone buying them from you.
