What I want to emphasize in this story is that we shouldn't judge others just because they've failed once, and assume they'll always be the same. Some people change, and others don't. You'll see how Leonard solves his problems and what happens along the way. I hope you enjoy it. With that said, let's begin.

Saludos cordiales estimados amigos de Buskeria, es un gusto saludarlo en un día más en la bonita colmena. Hoy les voy a compartir mu nueva historia escrita para todos ustedes. Es sobre Leonard. Lo que quiero destacar en esta historia es que no debemos juzgar solo por que hayamos fallado una vez, y pensar que siempre seremos igual. Las personas cambian, y otras no. Ya verán como Leonard lo soluciona y lo que pasa de por medio. Espero que les guste. Dicho entonces arrancamos.

Being a top-level audio mixer and editor was always Leonard's dream. From a young age, he loved computers and audio editing, and he knew beforehand that his future life would be connected to it in one way or another. As he grew into adulthood, he learned and practiced everything he could to become a good editor. He often spent entire days in front of his computer, locked in his room, day and night preparing mixes and edits of songs. He knew he was on the right track when his friends were amazed by the results of his work; they were fantastic. Many of them used his songs at casual parties and, of course, invited him to join in too. After all, the fun came from him, since music is what gets a party going.

Each song he created and edited was a great personal triumph for him because it represented another step in the right direction toward achieving his dream someday. He dreamed of being part of a record label and being hired at one of its studios. There were many in Buskeria, so if you did things right you could end up in one of them.

El desde pequeño fue amante de las computadoras y la edición de audio y sabía de antemano que su vida en el futuro estaría relacionado con esto de una u otra forma. En lo que llegaba a la edad adulta aprendió y practicó todo lo que pudo para ser un buen editor. Muchas veces pasaba días entero frente a su computadora encerrado en su cuarto. Día y noches preparando mezclas y ediciones de canciones. Supo que iba pues buen camino cuando sus amigos se quedaban muy sorprendidos cuando escuchaban el resultado de sus trabajos, eran geniales. Muchos de ellos usaron sus canciones en fiestas casuales y claro lo invitaron a el también a formar parte, total la diversión venía de su mano ya que la música es quien anima la fiesta.

Cada canción creada y editada por él era un gran triunfo a nivel personal para el, porque significaba un paso más en la dirección correcta para alcanzar su sueño algún día. El soñaba con ser parte de una discográfica y ser contratado en uno de sus estudios. En Buskeria había muchos, así que si lo hacías bien podías acabar en uno de ellos.

It seems life wasn't kind to Leonard from the start, as a fall awaited him after what had been an endless climb. He thought he'd been lucky because his talent had landed him a job as a music editor at a studio. He already believed he was on top of the world and had triumphed; in fact, that was part of his dream. But this dream was a nightmare disguised as a dream. Because of this position, he would face great hardship in the future. It turns out he was assigned an editing job. It was a responsible position. They trusted he would do well, given his previous experience and considerable knowledge. But they underestimated him.

Although he knew a lot, he was still very new to the profession, so he wasn't the right person for a complex editing job. His bosses should have checked this beforehand, but they didn't. Leonard, caught up in the excitement of the moment, got carried away and didn't set limits on what he could and couldn't do. So, both sides made mistakes. As expected, Leonard made a mistake that ruined the song, and they had to start over. Because of this, he was fired from his job at the recording studio.

Al parecer la vida no le sonrió a Leonard desde el primer comienzo porque le esperaba una caída en lo que había sido hasta ahora solo un subida interminable. El pensaba que había tenido suerte porque por su talento le habían ofrecido un puesto en un estudio musical como editor musical. El ya se creía en la gloria y que había triunfado, de hecho ese era su sueño en parte. Pero este sueño era una pesadilla disfrazada de sueño. Pues por culpa de este puesto tendría que pasar grandes penurias en el futuro. Resulta que al se le encargó un trabajo de edición. Era un trabajo de responsabilidad. Confiaban que él lo haría bien dado que ya tenía un poco de experiencia previa y sabia bastante. Pero lo subestimaron un poco.

Aunque el sabía mucho era aún muy nuevo en el oficio, así que no era el adecuado para un trabajo complicado de edición. Esto debieron comprobarlo antes sus jefes, pero no lo hicieron. También Leonard por la emoción del momento se dejó llevar y no puso limites en lo que si podía hacer y lo que no. Así que ambas partes cometieron errores aquí. Pues como era de esperar Leonard cometió un error que arruinó la canción y hubo que comenzar de nuevo. A cusa de esto fue despedido del trabajo en el estudio de grabación musical.

But it didn't end there. The studio heads also smeared his resume, warning other studios in Buskeria not to hire him because they claimed he was incompetent. As a result, Leonard struggled to find work in a studio again. No one wanted him because they believed he was incapable, which was untrue. He was incredibly talented; he just hadn't been given the opportunity to prove himself. And when he did get the chance, he was pushed too hard. Leonard, for his part, didn't set any limits when he could, and this was the result. He had to take on extra jobs unrelated to music; it was the only way to survive and face another day.

Since he had been discredited, he had to do something to repair the damage. So, while working odd jobs, he returned to creating music independently. He edited his own songs and those of others, hoping that one of them would reach a studio and they would recognize its potential. But that didn't happen quickly. A long time passed, during which there were only rejections and mistreatment, and no one wanted to truly see if he had changed or if he was as good as he claimed. This was really hard for Leonard. But things started to turn around when one of the songs he wrote became popular.

Pero la cosa no quedó ahí, también los jefes del estudio se encargaron de manchar su currículo, y avisaron al resto de estudios de Buskeria que no lo contrataran que no sabía hacer nada. A causa de esto a Leonard le costó muchísimo volver a encontrar trabajo de nuevo en un estudio. Nadie lo quería para trabajar porque lo creían incapaz, cosa que era falsa porque el si tenía mucho talento, solo que no se le había dado el tiempo para demostrarlo. Además cuando podía hacerlo se le había exigido demasiado. Leonard por su parte no puso límites cuando pudo y este fue el resultado. El tuvo que mantenerse haciendo trabajos extra que no tenían nada que ver con la música, era la única forma de sobrevivir para luchar otro día.

Dado que había sido desprestigiado tenía que hacer algo para reparar el daño. Así que mientras hacia trabajos extras volvió a crear música de forma independiente. Editaba canciones de el mismo y de otros. Lo que buscaba es que alguna llegara a un estudio y vieran su potencial. Pero eso no ocurrió rápido. Pasó mucho tiempo, mientras solo hubieron rechazos, malos tratos, y nadie quería comprobar de verdad si el había cambiado o si era tan bueno como decía. Esto fue realmente duro para Leonard. Pero la racha comenzó a mejorar cuando una de las canciones que el hizo se volvió popular.

Several studios in Buskeria noticed him and reconsidered whether they might have made a mistake by judging him too quickly and without checking his work. One studio called him in to see him in person. When he demonstrated his talent in the editing room, they were amazed because he was so good. They realized they had all treated him unfairly. So they hired him. But from the start, Leonard would set limits on what he could and couldn't do, so that something like that wouldn't happen again. At least life was smiling on him again.
