Battle of the Day #50

This is a Gold tournament match. The game has the following rule sets: Even Stevens, Fire & Regret, and Noxious Fumes. I went with Sthispa because it gives me an extra level on the Rares. Quix might have been better because of the speed control and ranged attack nerf. I put Torrent Fiend in the front, followed by Grimbardun Smith and Venator Kinjo in the back. They opted for Lux Vega with the same Fiend in the front. They put Daigendark Surveyor in the second slot, followed by Igor Darkspear and Doctor Blight.

They took out my Fiend right away and started dealing some damage to Grimbardun Smith. After round 2, the Poison took out their Fiend. In round 3, Igor died to the Return Fire. A few Poison hits later and Doctor Blight also died, leaving them with just the Surveyor and no way to deal damage, so that was it.
