USDT is a leading stablecoin in market and it's managed by the company called Tether and after this regulatory requirement it's possible that crypto exchanges in Europe might delist the coin. Coinbase seem to be doing it first and they have hinted amit already but there is no confirmed news about it but they'll continue to support USDC which is top second coin. This stablecoin called USDC is managed by the company circle and this is part of coinbase.

Coinbase Europe, Coinbase Germany and Coinbase Custody International will delist Tether’s USDt
USDT and five other stablecoins on Dec. 13, Coinbase told Cointelegraph on Thursday.

MiCA’s regulatory requirement is applicable on the case of stable coins only and being a biggest player in cryptocurrency market USDT is expected to get affected more. Now since the due date is near so it's crucial to know how things will work and how the tether company will take it or how they'll manage this part.

Note that most of the coins are available on USDT pairs on the exchanges and if something goes wrong then it will make things difficult for people in Europe Crypto market.
