Mi primer Weekly Challenge CRUEL SETHROPOD 💪 [ES-EN]

En esta ocasión estaré compartiendo una batalla con una carta en específico, cabe recalcar que este ya es mi 3er post de este increíble juego y estoy muy feliz por el apoyo recibido de parte de la comunidad, jamás me imagine que podría ganar dinero real a través de un juego, ya sea jugando o en este caso creando contenido del mismo; y estoy muy contenta por haberme atrevido a entrar en este nuevo mundo bajo la tecnología blockchain donde cada día aprendo algo nuevo.

This time I will be sharing a battle with a specific card, it should be noted that this is already my 3rd post of this amazing game and I am very happy for the support received from the community, I never imagined that I could earn real money through a game, either playing or in this case creating content for it; and I am very happy for having dared to enter this new world under the blockchain technology where every day I learn something new.

Esta será mi primera participación en el desafío que cada semana splinterlands nos trae, en esta ocasión la carta del desafío es Cruel Sethropod, la cual pertenece al splinter de agua y a la edición de chaos legion, siendo esta de tipo común, actualmente cuesta 0.08 centavos, así que, de cierta forma tiene un buen precio bastante accesible a comparación de otras cartas, ahora bien, sin más preámbulos empecemos narrando nuestra carta estrella y posteriormente mi batalla, acompáñenme.

This will be my first participation in the challenge that every week splinterlands brings us, this time the challenge card is Cruel Sethropod, which belongs to the water splinter and chaos legion edition, being this of common type, currently costs 0.08 cents, so, in a way it has a good price quite accessible compared to other cards, now then, without further ado let's start narrating our star card and then my battle, join me.

Cruel Sethropod

Hablemos de nuestra carta estrella y sus características, como pueden ver arriba es de tipo común y pertenece a la familia de Chaos Legion, una edición de cartas prácticamente nueva, a simple vista parece una carta inofensiva, ya que no cuenta con ninguna habilidad incluso en mayores niveles solo incrementa sus puntos de vida, escudo y en nivel 3 alcanza los 2 puntos de ataque y en nivel 10 finalmente obtiene los 3, su velocidad solo aumenta en el nivel 2, donde sube a 2 puntos de velocidad y se mantiene así hasta su nivel máximo. Pienso que, a pesar de todo esto, con la ayuda de Kelya, sigue siendo una buena carta de tanque, sabiéndola combinar con las cartas correctas.

Let's talk about our star card and its characteristics, as you can see above it is of common type and belongs to the Chaos Legion family, a practically new edition of cards, at first glance it seems a harmless card, since it does not have any ability even at higher levels it only increases its life points, shield and at level 3 it reaches the 2 attack points and at level 10 finally gets the 3, its speed only increases at level 2, where it rises to 2 speed points and stays that way until its maximum level. I think that, despite all this, with the help of Kelya, it is still a good tank card, knowing how to combine it with the right cards.

Por ejemplo en batallas de bajo mana me parece muy útil, como lo fue en mi batalla que solamente contó con el uso de 17 de mana, también cabe destacar que para algunas reglas sería indispensable, aparte que no cuesta mucho, sin duda sería una carta que compraría para subirla de nivel y tenerla allí para cuando la necesite.

For example in low mana battles I find it very useful, as it was in my battle that only had the use of 17 mana, also note that for some rules it would be indispensable, besides it does not cost much, it would certainly be a card that I would buy to level it up and have it there for when I need it.

Batalla

Al principio de la batalla creí que perdería, pues cuando comenzó vi el invocador de tierra de mi adversario y como comente en mi primer post de splinterlands, este es un splinter que me gusta mucho y que considero muy fuerte, al menos en la liga que pertenezco que es Bronce, donde me parece bastante útil.

At the beginning of the battle I thought I would lose, because when it started I saw the earth summoner of my opponent and as I commented in my first post of splinterlands, this is a splinter that I like a lot and that I consider very strong, at least in the league I belong to which is Bronze, where I find it quite useful.

Bien mi batalla solo duro 5 rounds con el uso de tan solo 17 puntos de mana, con todos los splinter activos y contó con la habilidad Standard, bueno siempre es esta habilidad al menos en la liga que me encuentro, espero más adelante poder interactuar con más reglas de batallas para que sean más emocionantes a la hora de jugar ver, Yugioh con mi hijo me ha servido por lo visto jaja, la carta estrella de esta batalla es Cruel Sethropod, fue mi tanque que a pesar de tener 1 de velocidad con la ayuda de mi Kelya que, da escudo y +1 de velocidad, lo hace que sea un poco más rápido, hago esta acotación, ya que la velocidad es importante en cada partida, puesto que las cartas más rápidas son las primeras en atacar así que mi innovador ayudo con ese plus.

Well my battle only lasted 5 rounds with the use of only 17 points of mana, with all the active splinter and counted with the Standard skill, well it is always this skill at least in the league I am in, I hope later to interact with more rules of battles to make them more exciting to play see, Yugioh with my son has served me apparently haha, the star card of this battle is Cruel Sethropod, it was my tank that despite having 1 speed with the help of my Kelya that gives shield and +1 speed, makes it a little faster, I make this remark, since the speed is important in every game, since the fastest cards are the first to attack so my innovator helped with that plus.

Desarrollo de la batalla - Development of the battle

Round 1

Como pueden ver en la batalla, la primera carta en atacar fue su Child of the Forest y esto se debe a su gran velocidad de +5, siendo una carta de nivel 1, además, por su habilidad de Snipe ataco a mi Merdaali Guardian en vez de a mi tanque, por otro lado, el segundo ataque fue de su Unicorn Mustang, el cual, ataco a mi Cruel Sethropod, cabe destacar que estos 2 ataques solo le hicieron daño al escudo que mi invocador le dio de protección a mis cartas. Ahora bien, el siguiente en atacar es mi Deeplurker eliminando de un solo golpe a su Child of the Forest, acto seguido sigue el turno para atacar de mi Cruel Sethropod, quitándole un punto de vida a su Unicorn Mustang; y por último para terminar esta ronda, el siguiente en atacar es su Khmer Princess golpeando directamente a la vida de mi tanque por ser una carta con ataque mágico y siendo la única carta en hacerle daño a mi formación en este turno.

As you can see in the battle, the first card to attack was his Child of the Forest and this is due to its great speed of +5, being a level 1 card, in addition, by its Snipe ability attacked my Merdaali Guardian instead of my tank, on the other hand, the second attack was his Unicorn Mustang, which attacked my Cruel Sethropod, note that these 2 attacks only did damage to the shield that my summoner gave protection to my cards. Now, the next to attack is my Deeplurker eliminating with one hit his Child of the Forest, then follows the turn to attack my Cruel Sethropod, taking a point of life to his Unicorn Mustang; and finally to finish this round, the next to attack is his Khmer Princess hitting directly to the life of my tank for being a card with magic attack and being the only card to do damage to my formation this turn.

Round 2

La primera carta en atacar fue su Unicorn Mustang, el cual, solo daño al escudo de mi tanque, por otro lado, en esta ronda mi Merdaali Guardian si hace el uso de su habilidad Heal, dándole 2 puntos de vida a mi tanque, ahora bien, la siguiente carta en atacar es mi Deeplurker, eliminando una carta peligrosa de su formación, ya que esta golpea directamente a los puntos de vida, esta es su Khmer Princess, por último, el siguiente en ejecutar su ataque es mi Cruel Sethropod sin hacer ningún daño, puesto que este falla el ataque producto de la velocidad de su Unicorn Mustang.

The first card to attack was his Unicorn Mustang, which only damages the shield of my tank, on the other hand, in this round my Merdaali Guardian does use his Heal ability, giving 2 life points to my tank, now, the next card to attack is my Deeplurker, eliminating a dangerous card of his formation, since this one hits directly to the life points, this is his Khmer Princess, finally, the next to execute his attack is my Cruel Sethropod without doing any damage, since this one fails the attack due to the speed of his Unicorn Mustang.

Round 3

En esta ronda la primera carta en atacar es su Unicorn Mustang, donde por fin este logra alcanzar los puntos de vida de mi tanque, quitándole 3 puntos de un solo golpe, pero, no importa porque seguidamente mi Merdaali Guardian reacciona y le otorga 2 puntos de vida a mi tanque, ahora, los siguientes en atacar son mi Deeplurker y Cruel Sethropod bajándole 4 puntos de vida al tanque de mi adversario, siendo esta la única carta que le queda en su formación, así que vamos bien.

In this round the first card to attack is his Unicorn Mustang, which finally manages to reach the life points of my tank, taking away 3 points in one hit, but it doesn't matter because my Merdaali Guardian reacts and gives 2 points of life to my tank, now, the next to attack are my Deeplurker and Cruel Sethropod lowering 4 points of life to my opponent's tank, this being the only card he has left in his formation, so we're doing well.

Round 4

Como en la ronda anterior el primero en atacar fue su Unicorn Mustang, eliminando en esta ronda a mi tanque, en este punto, siento que mi Cruel Sethropod lo hizo muy bien, ahora, el turno para atacar es de mi Deeplurker, haciéndole bastante daño a su Unicorn Mustang y dejándolo con tan solo 2 puntos de vida para la siguiente y última ronda de esta increíble batalla.

As in the previous round the first to attack was his Unicorn Mustang, eliminating in this round my tank, at this point, I feel that my Cruel Sethropod did very well, now, the turn to attack is for my Deeplurker, doing quite a lot of damage to his Unicorn Mustang and leaving him with only 2 life points for the next and last round of this incredible battle.

Round 5

En esta última ronda la primera carta en atacar es su Unicorn Mustang, pero aun así no fue suficiente, ya que solo daño el escudo de mi Deeplurker y este inmediatamente devolvió el golpe, eliminando a su última carta, lo que dio como resultado que ganara la batalla, incluso, si le fueran quedado algunos puntos de vida para una siguiente ronda, no tenía oportunidad de ganar, porque mi segunda carta de resguardo tenía todo sus puntos de vida y además estaba acompañado de mi Merdaali Guardian.

In this last round the first card to attack was his Unicorn Mustang, but even so it was not enough, since it only damaged the shield of my Deeplurker and he immediately returned the blow, eliminating his last card, which resulted in him winning the battle, even if he had some life points left for the next round, he had no chance of winning, because my second card had all his life points and he was accompanied by my Merdaali Guardian.

Como pueden ver en la batalla mi estrategia funciono a la perfección, aun cuando derrotaran la carta del desafío de esta batalla, pudo soportar varias rondas antes de ser derrotada totalmente y fue contra un equipo que, como ya he mencionado antes, es fuerte, también cabe destacar que, esta batalla es limitada, ya que solo cuento con cartas que me otorga mi libro de hechizos, así que, ganar constantemente se me hace difícil, puesto que no cuento con otras cartas de apoyo adicionales, pero aun así siempre me las arreglo para vencer a mi contrincante.

As you can see in the battle my strategy worked perfectly, even when they defeated the challenge card of this battle, it could withstand several rounds before being defeated completely and it was against a team that, as I mentioned before, is strong, also note that this battle is limited, since I only have cards that my spell book gives me, so, constantly winning is difficult for me, since I do not have other additional support cards, but even so I always manage to beat my opponent.

Definitivamente, volvería a jugar con esta carta y en un futuro subirla de nivel, ya que es de tipo común y es muy económica, por ende, es fácil de subir, además, esta carta me gusta por su bajo costo de mana que, aunque no cuente con habilidades como otras cartas la tienen, se le puede sacar provecho dependiendo de las reglas y la cantidad de mana permitida en batalla, así que, mi Cruel Sethropod es una buena opción a la hora de elegir un tanque que resista varias rondas en el campo.

Definitely, I would play with this card again and level it up in the future, since it is a common type and it is very cheap, therefore, it is easy to level up, besides, I like this card for its low mana cost that, although it does not have abilities like other cards have, you can take advantage of it depending on the rules and the amount of mana allowed in battle, so, my Cruel Sethropod is a good option when choosing a tank that resists several rounds in the field.
