Community Engagement Challenge: Avian Bloodline Intervention -

Greetings,

Amazing end of week on my side with the exploration of my open packs from Arcana Conclave.

The season end will grant us the rewards according to each player ranking score in the arena. I am happy to be in Champion League III in wild format and Gold II on the modern format side.

It is a long journey since the season reset, but I got my target and I would like to share with the players the advantage to play with the bloodline.

Arcana has summoner that allow bloodline from various set to be included in the selection regardless of the limitation on element to select for the battle and tricky rulesets.
The bloodline card may very well be the element of surprise that changes the power struggle after both team respected the rule of combat.

Let me start with the rare bloodline you will see on the battlefield yet composed of impressive warriors.

A /. Avian Bloodline Collection in my deck

It is a pleasure after applying the filter on my collection to find that I own at least four different warriors that can play for the Avian bloodline if it was mandatory from the tournament ruleset.

If you have to self select these warriors for a random combat, you will not make far in the round. It is difficult to build a solid team from Avian only set of cards that will face the full fury of your opponent strategies.

Despite the weakness of the entire units composed of only Avian warriors you can pull out in a mix combo very interesting strategy where the unique Avian warriors abilities can secure victory to your team either in the tournament or in a regular battle.

B /. Avian cards Surprise from the market

It may seem not interesting at first to look for avian bloodline to enter the battle but I can show you some valuable indication that Avian warriors can show a difference of power in the arena.

I went to the market of cards and searched for all the cards that can show up when avian bloodline is summoned. The result look way better than my current collection of cards under Avian filter.

You have on the image below the Harpy, Sturgis, Huntress and warden warriors that show valuable strenght in a battle.

If you get your summoner that can bring Death and Light element on the battlefield you will deploy this selection in his entire potential on the battlefield.

I have done a search on my collection and I did not see a summoner with the potential to call in the arena Light element and death element. I am not sure if it is a poor search on my side, but if you have one summer available that can summon warriors from the death and light, let me know in the comments.

My favorite card in the Avian Bloodline is the magic attacker Owlkin Geodesist. The second interesting choice will be the melee fighter Halaran Huntress.

C /. In real Situation of Combat

It is now time to see how well a team combination of mix cards where Avian are represented will perform on the battle ground.

Summoners on both side bring interesting possibilities to generate powerful war machine before the round start.

I fear for the Chuul team because they do not possess the speed or healing value added to the opposite selection. However, the joint forces of light and earth can pose some real problems to the enemy.

D /. Final thoughts

I believe that it is super interesting to explore the potential of all bloodline available in the game.
Avian looks like the though combo to put in a random battle, but there is a lesson to learn from this discovery of the cards under the Avian Bloodline.

Geodesist and Fighter had a brutal confrontation in the arena. The speed and health recovery from the Wolf side secure the shield of the missiles coming from Chuul team.

You can see how Chuul summoner is destroying the Light warriors a series of magic melee and range attacks.

R5 Last round

Wolf team had two Avian bloodline warriors that help on the defense measure to maintain friendly warriors alive with healing and range backfire abilities.
Chuul did not have special ability to give to his comrade, but the speed from Wolf created a strategic advantage to the opposite side.
