This is one of the coolest projects I have seen these days on HIVE. How are the files stored? Is it centralized or decentralized? Or in other words, can one single entity delete a NFT or would that be impossible?

All NFTs are minted on the blockchain, are decentralised and cannot be deleted by anyone.
This is what makes NFTs so valuable and scarce due to their low minting numbers.
