# Long Road Ahead - Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 87 Report Card

@newageinv

The first Season of the year continues to bring more content throughout the ecosystem which continues to challenge my thinking of being involved in everything across the game and economy. It is getting tougher to have everything so the Collectionist in me has to adjust to this new reality to focus on where I enjoy the most while still having good opportunities. That remains land so it was exciting to hear the Town Hall and the long road ahead for Land in 2026.

When it comes to the Season, performance was normal as the bot continues to do well. However, the competition continues to heat up as I have remained outside the Top 50 for another Season. Given the importance of Glint to the ecosystem, I can see why things are a bit tougher to progress. Since I am still playing Frontier, I have been considering moving to Modern for more Glint opportunities but the meta is likely a challenge for me at the moment.

Glint season rewards will show in the season they are claimed.

My Glint balance continues to dwindle but I am getting closer to a completely maxed reward set. Getting there will allow me to start to focus on my exemplar which I have largely ignored for the moment. Given the news of Boss Monsters coming soon, it will be critical to get that Glint working for my account soon.

Land continues to give me great SPS rewards which will likely come to good use soon as the new mini set is going to be in presale soon. I have gotten past letting go of some SPS given my balance; but I still think it is undervalued.

More decisions to come as the amount of content coming into the game is more than I know what to do with. While I remained centered in Land, it remains enjoyable to play the game which I may look to expand beyond Brawls and Frontier soon. I wish I had more time but I need to be selective with how I spend it given the decisions needed to be made. I already feel that I am behind in a couple of areas.

I don't see any land earnings here in the SPS Report. Are those plots on a different account? Are you just selling your resources in for SPS? Very curious how people are handling SPS mining since thay is something I prioritized development in 2025.

Yes, I use my @nai.collection account for my land and extra assets; which has been an awful choice as I miss out on using my prefix title for playing. I have yet to sell any of that SPS but may do so for the upcoming mini set.

Well if you want to unstake for the mini set, then the optimal time (28 days before mini set preaale starts) has passed. Other people will be able to sell the pump ahead of you if you haven't unstaked yet.

I'm not yet convinced if I will buy packs or just sell my SPS for DEC to buy singles. Need to see promos and conflict setup first.

I started my unstaking in time but undecided as you around buy packs vs the cards... or neither.

As a collector, neither is not an option for me. But it really just depends on the value of the promo rewards. If I feel like I can just buy everything from the market at a discount, it might just make more sense to take SPS profits and buy cards at market price vs. packs locked in at 350 SPS that doesn't value the SPS appreciation at all.
