The end of this last Season was interesting as the new Foundation mode was released which saw me come back and play manually again after months of leaving things to the bot. It made me reflect about what attracts me to playing which is summarized as the chase to get new things for my Collection. Given that the cards are new, the chase got me engaged to play again. I was happy that the team decided to separate the energy system from Foundations from Wild as it allow my bot to continue playing for me while I tried the new mode to get some new cards.

The bot continues to perform we as it continues to get me into the Top 50 and above 5,000 from a points side. I am still not sure if it is because of less accounts playing or because of my continued additions of cards from the new Conclave Arcana set which is now close to being fully maxed. It will be something to certainly monitor as I achieve the milestone.

Glint season rewards will show in the season they are claimed.
Glint continues to pile up as we await the new set of Soulbound Reward cards. The quick reflection around Foundation mode has me wondering why we continue using Soulbound for the reward cards and my guess is that it is due to the bots being prevalent still; although I am unsure how many of the larger bot farms remain active.

Land continues to provide a great source of SPS as I now get closer to a new milestone of 2 million SPS across my accounts. The question is where to go from here as my target was only 1 million when this first started. Unfortunately, 1 million SPS is not worth what we thought it would be so it feels like the only thing to do is hold on to it; but still unsure.
The new Season has brought a whole new grind for me which brought me back to playing. I feel this I what the team wanted and it only took getting a handful of cards a day to do so. I hope they analyze to see if they can do the same with the other modes or find a way to have that path which would likely make the game more engaging again. However, time will tell as the other key component are new players and that will take longer to prove out.
