# Conclave Upon Us - Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 71 Report Card

This Season brought fireworks as the Conclave Arcana PreSale was available most of the Season and like most of the community, my focus was to monitor on how many and which packs to acquire for the optimal shot of beginning the new card set accumulation journey. Playing Wild with the bot continues to provide me opportunity to focus on these strategies and on my land so always good to continue to accumulate Glint in the meantime.

The bot continues to perform well although a shift in meta with the new incoming cards will likely have some changes. My intent is to take off most of my Chaos Legion cards to put on land for more production but it is yet to be seen if that will set my Collection up for failure on the ranked side.

Glint season rewards will show in the season they are claimed.
However, I am not too concerned early on in the new edition cycle as I find myself in a good position in terms of Glint. Each Season is accruing a good amount of Glint which should be a good buffer for potential new reward cards coming soon.

I have not paid attention to how Soulkeep is doing and I have a feeling that it is not too good which is unfortunate. With SPS likely needed to fund the increase in Survival popularity, it may come to a crossroad soon.

Land continues to provide more SPS for me which makes up for the lower amounts from ranked play. The introduction of Aura production has increased it even more and others continue to rotate out of SPS mining. I think it shows that there are opportunities to become specialized within the ecosystem.
While I am excited for this latest shift within the Splinterlands ecosystem and community, I still feel that one key item is missing; new players. I do not foresee this community growing into the millions as we continue to see other Web3 games fail and shut down. However, the fact we have now survived 7 years, probably demonstrates that we have created a strong community with some potential to become sustainable with the Web3 and Crypto space.
