Conclave Arcana Conflicts: Loving The Moo AirDrop
The new Legendary AirDrop card, Loving the Moo is an Archon from the Life Splinter. It is the first Archon to come from the Legendary AirDrops so it has come with plenty of anticipation as these come from the top pack purchasers of the Conclave Arcana presale. Loving the Moo follows the latest trend for these community members to bring in their personas into the Splinterlands universe and lore. These Archons will require 7 mana which is consistent with prior editions but add the Bloodline ability to engage additional cards no matter the Splinter. The Minotaur bloodline will provide the poison ability to the cards if chosen. In addition, the Archon will provide Blast and Reflect abilities which will make it a balance between both offensive/defensive side for teams formed. The last time an Archon provided Blast, with Yodin Zaku, a new meta was born; we will see this time.
My completed regular foil deck was not supposed to get me enough for a maxed version guaranteed given the shifts made in points starting with this Archon. I opted to use some of my Gold Foils to also stake instead of renting them in order to get to a maxed copy. I had a good amount of luck as I got a couple of extra BCX and a Gold Foil version which went into the wagons to help for the next Conflict. The future AirDrops will likely require me to go and buy some BCX as it gets harder to guarantee the drops. Therefore, it will be interesting to see how their value is perceived in the market given the inherent expected scarcity of Rebellion in general.
The Conclave Arcana AirDrops have now started so exciting for the community. It may be a while to see the next one but incredible to see the value being built for all the players in the ecosystem. My Collection has continued to bloom despite the markets in the past months. I cannot avoid getting deeper into this and while I am already well past my budget of packs, I am sure there will continue to be reasons to add to the wagons for the chance for more AirDrops even as they slow.
