Today I am writing about trees. I have written about trees before, but trees are something that every time I write about them, something new comes to mind. I don't consider trees just a part of nature, they are also a big part of my life.
I have always been especially attracted to trees since childhood. In our yard there was a large mango-tree. I would play, read and sit under this tree when I felt depressed. I did not make it out at the time, but now I think trees do not just give a shade, but a sort of a peace. Seated under a tree, I feel lightened in mind.
I always love planting trees. I would be starting a new life story when I plant a little sapling in the soil. The sight of it as it grows little by little, its leaves falling and growing, is something that makes me feel a queer pleasure. It's like having my own child.
All the trees that surround us freely provide us with air, shade and fruit. But we often don't realize it. There are a lot of individuals who felling trees, yet they do not plant trees. I always believe that the world will be a much prettier place, when each individual will plant at least one tree.
My own practice is, when I chance to see an empty place anywhere, I reason, Oh! were it only there had there been a tree! I occasionally purchase saplings with my personal money and plant them. Trees do not merely form one of the components of nature to me, but rather they are a very close companion to my heart. When I am sad sometimes I gaze at the trees I see leaves falling in the wind it is as though nature is informing me that everything will be all right.
So nowadays I only want to tell one thing, and it is to all love trees, plant trees. Trees: trees: trees mean life trees mean peace trees mean love.
