If you can't beat them, join them is my motto and that is what I have been doing the last couple of weeks and playing my Deception deck. All those annoying spells destroying my favorite creatures or board clears at the wrong time are now in my hands and it feels good!

I have been tweaking it a little to test out some new and fun spells that I just love playing, such as A Toast To Peace who clears the board back to my opponents hand or stealing their relic. Damn that was so annoying before!

I also like playing with some big mana'd creatures now and having some big mana fun that you don't have with an aggro deck.

After a great weekend, I tweaked my deck and it had a really negative effect on my game and I had a long losing streak. It could also be the algo punishing me, so I made some more changes to my deck and it seems to be doing a little better.

I still need to optimise it a little more as some aggro decks are getting the better of me when I use my decent spells on low mana creatures and can't take out their stronger creatures later on. There is still some trial and error to be had.

My current control deception deck is pretty cheap at only $9,60 but the plan is to buff it a little to get me back to Auric Gold.

After a disappointing weekend ranking last time with only 7 wins, I managed to up my game and clock 11 wins this time. It wasn't enough to get any Fate packs, but I feel I am getting closer!

Since my last update, I have now reached level 271(+5) and have 125(+0) shadow cards and 467(-1) meteorite cards. My collection value has increased and is still worth 3846 (3846) GODS tokens but the value in fiat has gone up to $1229 ($946) which is pretty cool and I think I will try and sell a few cards to cash out a couple of hundred $ 😀!
