This movie was written, directed, and produced by women, and there is a all girls basketball coach in it, whom I suspect is getting all the pussy.

Keep your hand off your drill bit pleb, cause there is only one Driller Killer up in this bitch, and it ain’t that weird looking fuck from the actual Driller Killer movie either.

It’s Russ Thorn!

It’s amazing how much of a hurry the killer is in this film. Like Russ is constantly quick killing or grabbing, or chasing, or just running from one place to the next. Even his stalking mode is a bit on the hurried side.

I dig this cause Russ doesn’t have a superhuman ability or meticulous method brought on by a revenge element. (as far as I know). He just really loves beautiful women and needs to show them how much by killing them ASAP. This style of murder really makes Russ a 2-minute man in every sense of the term, bravo!

Lots of nudity but, not too much to where it’s insulting. Each scene is filmed artistically and it’s amazing to see the differences in how filmmakers used to display the female body when compared to modern cinema/entertainment. (It’s frightening out in the wild nowadays fam)

Basically, the plot is serial killer escapes mental asylum, girls decide to have slumber party because parents will be gone for the weekend, killer stalks and kills girls (very quickly). Basketball Coach comes to check on her hoe’s, gets killed, token survivor girl who is distanced from the popular girls saves day. The End.

It’s everything from the beginning to end that beefs up this film however, from the pansy guys trying to get laid, to the kills themselves. You would think Russ had a bayonet on the end of that huge ass drill bit he’s lugging around. I mean he basically can decapitate people with it.

Lots of silly moments here too, which is why I think the 80’s were the perfect time where western civilization and it’s art, still possessed a quality of wholesomeness, as it was getting encroached upon by fringe societal decay. We could still laugh at ourselves, and our impending doom, now that’s like a misdemeanor?

This movie is basically a roller coaster, as many from the genre were back in the day. Just get some pizza, chill, and enjoy a moment from a place in time where you didn’t have to worry about half the exaggerated elements that you do today.

Before you bitch, yes I know this copy looks like someone took straight VHS tape and streamed it on a Lite-Brite. It was the only one I could find; you can see this for free on Amazon Prime if you’re subbed. Amazon Prime is basically Cinemax for this generation.

Final Word –

MRHELLBOX: We’re not making up that women solely created this movie, with a generous nod and I assist in funding from Roger Corman. I assume many women saw this as an opportunity for bigger and better things in the industry.

It was also a way to get their foot in the door. I mean didn’t Kathleen Kennedy Write, Direct and Produce Halloween, and isn’t she the one ruining LucasFilm’s nowadays? JOKES she didn't do that.

All joking aside (nah she allowed Star Wars to get fucked tho, thank god for Mando) horror movies have always been the cheap and easy way to get into the industry, I mean Ed Wood owes his entire legend to the genre.

It is refreshing though that this movie was created with the thought of empowering women. It also destroys the Narrative that women weren’t allowed in anything before 2016. - 4/5

Schlong Long – This movie demonstrates that you can show the faults in modern men and not dog them as the back story premise for an entire 90 minute plot. Oh when that chick ate the pizza on top of the corpse, I was very approving. Cause everyone knows that in order to survive a siege from a maniac, you gotta eat! - 4/5

Prince Pectorals – Shame be upon these “MEN” who should have been in the gym pumping Iron instead of gawking at the girls playing basketball. Then like the scrubs that they are, they peak in the windows and decide to play little bitch boy games instead of knocking on the door like real men. It all worked out I guess, using the sympathy approach to gain entry (after breaking entering) is one bitch boy way of doing things.

John Myer however, had his chick on lockdown. She’s the one calling him Boo Boo, she’s the one ditching her girls to let him in the garage to make out with him. John Myer at the very least had the ability to form relationships like a man. - 4/5
