River Nymph Fanart for Splinterlands Art Contest Week 329 .
Hello everyone . Hope everyone is well.
Today I bring you a new art that I created for Splinterlands Art Contest Week 329. This time I have recreated the character 'River Nymph' from the game Splinterlands in my own style.
In this blog, I will tell you how I created this art using Illustrator. From the color gradients to the pose, I have carefully designed everything so that the character stands out in an attractive and captivating way.
The character 'River Nymph' has always inspired me with its graceful design and bright colors. For this artwork, I decided to present it from a new perspective but still maintain the essence of the character. I wanted to highlight her beauty and magical charm in a new environment, especially through her pose and environment. I analyzed the original card design of River Nymph to understand her characteristics. I imagined her to be more expressive and magical, so I sketched her in a kneeling pose that highlighted her beauty and charm.
The coloring step was very important for setting the mood. I used soft gradients of blue and purple that reflect a magical world. Her skin has been given a glowing effect to express her magical nature, and her clothes and accessories are painted in white and purple as in her original art. For this, I took the help of some models from freepik, such as the magical portal that the character is posing in. I did not make it my art. I took it from freepik and modified it to use in my art.
This artwork was a challenge, because I tried to balance my own art style while maintaining the look of the original character. I am especially proud of the pose and the glowing effects, as they add depth and emotion to the art.
Here I have given pictures of many steps of creating this new art of mine so that you can understand how I brought it to this stage. You can comment on any kind of opinion you have about this art of mine. Thank you.
