Drybone Hobgoblin fanart for Splinterlands social media challenge!

One of my daily routines during my busy days is exploring different forms of art. It's something I enjoy and it often sparks new ideas for me. That's how I came up with the piece I'm sharing today.

For the past few days, I've been wanting to make something new but couldn't decide what to make. I thought about creating something for Splinterland's social media challenge but no solid ideas came to mind. Finally today I sat down and worked on creating this art piece.

I am not capable of creating all types of art and sometimes the results are not what I expected. I don't post if I don't like something. I want to make sure everything I share feels right. So today, I'm excited to share my fan art of the character Drybone Hobgoblin, a familiar figure to Splinterlands players. I drew it based on my own interpretation of the character, and as always, I used Adobe Illustrator to bring the concept to life.

What I love most about working on these artworks is the process itself. It's interesting to see how a simple sketch can evolve into something more detailed and sleek. Every line, every color choice adds character and life to the piece. And while it may take time to get everything right, the satisfaction of finishing a piece you're proud of makes it worth it.

Here are some pictures from the process. I couldn't include all the steps, but you can see how I started with a basic sketch and gradually transformed it into this final version. From refining the lines to choosing the right colors, each step has its own importance in bringing the vision to life.
