My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2025

Hoy mi caminata por la ciudad fue realmente estimulante. Comencé mi recorrido en el parque central, donde el aire fresco y el canto de los pájaros me dieron un buen impulso. Allí conocí a un anciano que estaba alimentando a las palomas. Se llamaba Don Manuel y me contó que había vivido en la ciudad toda su vida. Su sabiduría y sus historias sobre cómo ha cambiado la ciudad a través de las décadas fueron fascinantes.

Continuando mi camino, pasé por una galería de arte local que tenía una exposición de artistas emergentes. Las obras eran vibrantes y llenas de emoción, lo que me hizo detenerme y apreciar el talento que hay en la comunidad. Entre las piezas, conocí a una joven artista llamada Sofía, que me explicó su inspiración detrás de una pintura abstracta que representaba la conexión entre las personas y la naturaleza.

Al final de mi caminata, me sentí renovado no solo por el ejercicio, sino también por las interacciones y las historias que compartí con estas personas. Cada día en la ciudad es una nueva aventura, y hoy no fue la excepción.
