Elven Cutthroat| Splinterlands Art Contest Week 245

Hey everyone! How's it going? I hope you're all having a fantastic day/night.

Welcome back to my blog, it's another week and I'm excited to share my latest submission for the splinterlands art contest with you all. This time around, I decided to create a Fan Art of Elven Cutthroat, a neutral unit card. She exudes confidence, so I wanted to capture some of that with her weapons in hand.

To be honest, it was a bit challenging to come up with the perfect pose - I didn't want to make it too difficult, but I also didn't want to play it too safe. Regardless, I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out, even though there's always room for improvement.

I started it off with a freehand sketch that took longer than necessary because I was not using a reference so I had to make adjustments to get good proportions.

At the end of the day, I just wanted to enjoy the process and push myself creatively.
