Meet Fineas Rage

After seeing my battles currently, I realized how the Untamed edition has completely disappeared from my strategies and after realizing this I am starting to use it again in my battles because for a long time it was one of the editions I used the most in Splinterlands.
Today I will talk about one of the monsters that I loved to use in my battles with the Fire deck.
When I played Splinterlands in 2022, I really liked using the fire deck because it has a lot of powerful cards, especially the summoner Yodin Zaku, which was one of my favorites for a long time in the game.
I remember that owning Yodin Zaku, whether buying or renting, was an absurd price. There were days when I spent almost $2 just to rent Yodin Zaku for a single day.
Today, it is easier to own this summoner and with the arrival of new cards, Yodin Zaku was no longer the best choice for me in the fire deck, so I created new strategies and the summoner Conqueror Jacek became my favorite in this deck.
This post is not about Yodin Zaku and it is not about Conqueror Jacek either, it is about the card Fineas Rage, a card that I really liked to use in the past and had forgotten about it when I started playing Splinterlands again, but today after looking at the card market I found it again and Nostalgia took over me, now I am developing strategies that I can use for this incredible card called Fineas Rage.

Fineas Rage is a rare monster that belongs to the fire deck, it has a melee attack and its mana cost to be used in battles is 7.
What I liked most about Fineas Rage is that it has a perfect balance between attack, attack speed and life. As you can see in the image above, it is an incredible card in all these aspects and it gets even better with its abilities.
Fineas Rage has 3 abilities and they are: Reach, Oppress and Retaliate.

The Reach ability allows Fineas Rage to be able to attack in second position even if he is a monster with melee attack.

The Oppress ability makes Fineas Rage deal double damage against monsters that do not have attack.

The Retaliate ability gives Fineas Rage a 50% chance to counterattack the melee attack he receives, this means that if a monster with melee attack attacks Fineas Rage then Fineas Rage has a 50% chance to attack that monster right after.
Even today, Fineas Rage is very useful in battles because it is a great defense, deals a lot of damage and has a good chance of evading attacks because its attack speed is high and since monsters that do not have attack are common in battles, Fineas Rage becomes even more useful.
I hope to have great results using Fineas Rage in my battles.
