Goblin Chef | Splinterlands art contest

Hi guys it is my first time in this community and this time I'm participating in the splinterlands art contest I hope you guys might had like my last post where I made a 2D clay art that this time I tried to give a try to drawing and for this I choose The Goblin Chef card character.

Process

now let's discuss about the whole procedure of making the drawing it took almost half of my day as I started making it after noon and it ends up right before the sunset in the colour of the goblin is green and as we know what goblins are supposed to be they are the dwarf nasty creatures.

• For first step I started with the idea of goblin chasing behind a frog and in front of him is is table where meat, a book and a cooking dish is placed while a tomato 🍅 and a cake are floating.

• The next step is to colour the figure which is such a satisfying but no more satisfying then the outlining for colouring this time I use opposite method yeah first I make the light area and then darken while lighting the area of shading is used to be an after.

• After making the goblin and the dressing of him I started making the object all around him the most confusing thing was the frog as I mistakenly make thesame as the skin colour of goblin and that makes it even worse.

• I was stopping here but then I noticed that the area behind the character is still empty so I was deciding to fill this with any colour and finally I did black.
