yeah bro, he's an amazing dog, really missed him, he like my first kid. coz my cats don't act like one.
I'm a sucker for dogs, too. Did you check maybe local government if they caught stray dogs? Maybe they caught him thinking he was a stray since you said he doesn't usually have a collar.
there is no one catching dogs in our area so(gov't)
, i just know its them.
