OMG, I got Black Foil Marlai Singariel in the Weekly Draw!
My journey in Splinterlands is just a few days old. Battling every day, coming up with new strategies, and participating in regular tournaments are all part of my routine. But I never imagined that today would be one of the most memorable days of my gaming life. We all know that getting good cards in Splinterlands is like a lottery, and if it comes from a difficult place like the "weekly frontier draw", then it's no wonder! Today I want to share with you the exciting moment when I discovered that I won a black foil summoner!

Since the new update of Splinterlands, the "weekly frontier draw" has become quite interesting for all of us. Every week,k we battle and submit some 'frontier entries'. To be honest, the competition here is very high. Thousands of entries are submitted, and only a handful of lucky players get prizes.

I didn't manage to submit many entries this week. If you look at my screenshot, you'll see that there were 5,414 entries in total. I contributed only 57 of them (which are shown in the winner list). It may seem silly to expect to win a big prize with such a small number of entries. Still, I went to check as per the rules. I thought to myself, maybe I'll get a small card or something simple, or nothing at all.

When I clicked on the "check prizes" button to check the results of the draw and started to look at the "recent winners" list, my heart rate increased. I looked at the top of the list, and there were a lot of names. As I scrolled, I suddenly saw my own username— @mirzaiqi.

At first, I thought I was looking at the wrong one. But no! I looked closely and saw that next to my name it said:
"Won Marlai Singariel - B15-845-5C4AD16F0A - Mint # 90"
I was stunned. Is this true? I actually won Marlai Singariel? And the biggest surprise was its appearance. This is not an ordinary card; it is a Black Foil Edition! Those who play Splinterlands know how rare and valuable Black Foil or Arcane Editions can be, even more so than Gold Foil. Getting these cards from the Foundations set means something really big.
Marlai Singariel: The new power of my deck
When I opened the card in my collection after confirming the prize, I was amazed by its beauty. You can see the details of the card in the third and fourth pictures I shared.

Card Name: Marlai Singariel
Splinter: Water (Tideborn)
Mana Cost: 6 Mana
Type: Summoner
Foil: Black Foil
The artwork on this blue Water Splinter card is simply amazing. This character, who looks like a female elf or water goddess, seems to hold the deep secrets of the sea. Her eyes and posture tell how powerful she can be on the battlefield. This 6-mana summoner will take my water deck to a new level. Especially with the "Tideborn" ability and Black Foil, the bonuses and power that will be available when using it can be a game-changer in pushing my rank. Moreover, Black Foil cards have a different market value and collectible value, which will also serve as my assets in the future.
After this win, I sat and thought about fate for a while. Out of a total of 5,414 entries, my 57 entries were like a drop in the ocean. Many big players may have returned empty-handed with hundreds of entries, but I won such a big prize with this small entry. This is what they call "Fortune favors the brave" or in Bengali, "Who can stop me from having it on my forehead!"

My mint number is #90. That is, I now own the 90th copy of this card. It gives me goosebumps to think that this unique card is now adorning my wallet among thousands of players around the world.
After getting this card, my interest and love for the game have doubled. I am not thinking of selling this card on the market right now. I want to take Marlai Singariel to the max level and ensure its maximum use on the battlefield. When my opponents see me coming down with a black foil summoner, they will be a little stressed mentally!
Many thanks to the Splinterlands team for maintaining such a wonderful reward system. It proves that whether you are a small investor or a regular player, if you play regularly and stick with it, luck can turn its back on you at any time.

My advice to those of you reading this article is—don’t give up. Participate in the Weekly Frontier Draw or any other event regularly. Who knows, maybe next week some incredible jackpot is waiting for you! Thank you all for witnessing my joyful moment.
See you on the Battlefield, with new strength, new enthusiasm!
