BRAWL REVIEW

Good Day to all Brawlers!
How is your day doing? Mine has been amazing as I finished the last brawls with a clean sweep. Actually, three other members of our guild , mitriiman squad, also finished with a perfect score, propelling our guild to second place. Listed below are the five battles that I luckily won.

Ruleset: Even Stevens(can only summon units with even mana cost), Healed Out(units and summoners lose all abilities that restores health), Lost Legendaries(cannot summon legendary units), 37 Mana

Opponent went for a double Gladiator team, but his attacks were divided between my frontline and backline, while I focused my hits on his first position unit. This was also a good chance to see the usefulness of , MANA WARDEN, and its synergy with units that have the Flank ability like TORCH MYRMIDON. By the way, MANA WARDEN will soon be replaced in the exclusive shop with a legendary card ULFGA THE BLIGHTED.

Ruleset: Earthquake(non flying and Snared units takes 2 physical damage each round starting from round 2), Ferocity(all units have Fury-deals double damage if the target has Taunt), Going the Distance(only units with Ranged attack may be used), 25 Mana

Whenever there is a Going the Distance ruleset, I almost always go for a summoner with Return Fire as it will return ranged damage back to their attacker. LIR DEEPSWIMMER, although expensive at 7 mana, is perfect in this contest as he gives plus 2 shield, Return Fire and Blind. Opponents units are basically killing themselves every time they hit my monsters.

Ruleset: Target Practice(units with Magic or Ranged attack have Snipe-targets first non-melee attack unit behind the first position), Shades of Grey(only Neutral units may be used), 21 Mana

This was a free win as I think my opponent ran out of time to complete his line up.

Ruleset: Lost Legendaries(cannot summon legendary units), Healed Out(units and summoners lose all abilities that restores health), 49 Mana

Opponent went for enhanced Magic damage courtesy of ALRIC STORMBRINGER while I went for enhanced Ranged damage thanks to YODIN ZAKU. The Blast damage given by YODIN and the plus 2 speed given by KRASH WANDERFORD and CLOCKWORK AIDE gave me the advantage in this encounter.

Ruleset: Weak Magic(Magic damage hits armor before reducing health), Explosive Weaponry(all units have Blast-deals an additional 50% damage to units adjacent to target, rounded up), Lost Legendaries(cannot summon legendary units), 26 Mana

Even though one of the ruleset is Weak Magic, I still opted for mostly Magic units with VALNAMOR as summoner then used VENARI WAVESMITH to give Protect(all friendly Monsters gain +2 Armor). MOXIAN REBEL is truly awesome as she gives Magic attack to non-attacking monsters thus providing my team with 2 extra attackers, while my opponent basically only had 3 attacking units. GG's 👍.

All participating members of our guild was awarded 1,663 Merits and 34.925 Staked SPS for finishing in 2nd position.
