Have you heard about Vimm?

Unfortunately Vimm is down at the moment. There seems to be some sort of issue which I’m sure @ddrfr33k and @chiren are working to fix. Since I cannot stream at the moment, I thought I’d take this time to make a post about Vimm and what I’m doing with my channel.

I previously live streamed on Vimm but was not getting a lot of viewers , so I thought I’d check out some other live streaming services. One of my friends was using theta, another blockchain live streaming service and I was doing well with that but they change the rewards system and a lot of people left as were unhappy with the development of the platform. And then I jumped over to twitch as there are a lot of gamers that use twitch to live stream content, but I really only got hive uses watching my channel anyway so then I decided that it was best to advertise hive on hive with those that are using the games using a hive live streaming app.

With my channel, I wanted to create something different giving people a reason to come and view my content, but I also want to create a community around me. This of course is not going to be easy, and I’ve slowly been working towards that being part of several communities within hive. Working with these committees, I am able to promote not only myself but each of these communities as well as Hive games. I hope this will help all of us to grow.

Vimm of course is the live streaming service that I’m using, but I’m also part of a community called Henthusiast haven guild which is a social community that is looking to help their members to grow here on hive. I also enjoy playing games on hive. Hive games are what I am live streaming over on Vimm. Whilst live streaming on Vimm I am using HH tokens to incentivise my viewers to chat in my channel. The content that I stream as I have already said is hive games so I’m also promoting the games on hive. In this way, I am promoting all the hive apps that I’m using as Well as promoting myself.

This is my first full season back on Vimm and I am already a top five live streamers.
This alone, I feel shows that I’m on the right track, I also have created many friends as well in the communities I am apart of. I’ve even created friends on games like @cryptoshots and @splinterlands, people from all these committees watch my live streams over on Vimm.

If you are a live streamer and you use hive, I encourage you to use Vimm as your life streaming service as we can always do with more live streamers creating content to watch. Or even if you don’t like live streaming and just want to support Vimm and it’s live streamers, make sure to check out Vimm as we always need viewers to help grow our channels and encourage us to continue to make content.
