TeamPH Guild Meeting (October 5, 2025)

To accommodate the arrival of additional members, the team decided to wait a short while, fostering a collaborative atmosphere as the team prepared to begin.
Before the meeting officially started, TeamPh participants engaged in a heartfelt discussion about the recent calamities that had struck the country. Several members, residing in the hardest-hit areas, shared their personal experiences with the devastating typhoons and earthquakes. These natural disasters had caused widespread damage, including severe flooding and prolonged power outages that disrupted daily life for days. Despite these challenges, the members expressed gratitude and relief for safely attending the meeting, reflecting a strong sense of community and resilience.

At 9:14 PM PST, Guild Chairman @mangomayhem called the TeamPh meeting to order. The session started with a roll call to confirm attendance, followed by discussions on Splinterlands strategies and guild matters.

Agenda and Discussion Points
1. Update on Guild Membership
At TeamPh, we are committed to fostering a vibrant and engaged guild community, where every member feels valued and included. In line with this commitment, we recently reached out to Rondonsneezy with a supportive and personalized message to encourage their return to active participation (Discussed in the September 2025 meeting). Despite our efforts to reconnect and offer support, we have not seen the desired engagement. After careful consideration, the guild has made the difficult decision to part ways with Rondonsneezy. We wish him the best in their future endeavors and remain open to reconnecting should circumstances change.
Following the recent decision to part ways with him, TeamPh now has openings for new players to join our guild. To fill these vacancies, the guild, under the coordination of @mochilub, will thoroughly review applications already submitted to ensure a thoughtful and fair selection process.
Additionally, The TeamPh will actively promote the available positions to attract passionate and committed players who align with TeamPh’s values and vision. We look forward to strengthening our community with new members who are eager to contribute to our shared goals.
2. Brawl Performance
At TeamPh, we are deeply dedicated to achieving success in Splinterlands, with a particular focus on excelling in guild brawls. We expect all players to bring their best effort, striving for competitive performance and contributing to the guild’s collective strength. To maintain our high standards, players with a win rate below 50% may be temporarily sidelined from brawls.
These members will be respectfully notified and encouraged to participate in our Fight Club, a supportive initiative led by experienced guild members. The Fight Club offers tailored game tutorials and strategic guidance to help players enhance their skills, boost their win rates, and return to active participation with confidence. This approach reflects TeamPh’s commitment to fostering both individual growth and team success in Splinterlands.
3. Temporary Suspension of Reward Distribution
At TeamPh, we are dedicated to fairness in all guild operations, including reward distribution. We’ve temporarily paused guild reward allocations to carefully review performance records and ensure equitable distribution. @Damour will lead the updated distribution process, ensuring accuracy and transparency. We appreciate members’ patience and are working to complete this review quickly.
4. Addressing Member Participation at TeamPh Guild Meetings
During the recent TeamPh guild meeting, a key topic of discussion was the low participation rates of some members. To enhance engagement and make meetings more appealing, @arveno proposed introducing exciting incentives such as prizes and raffles. These initiatives aim to reward attendance and active involvement. Additionally, @mangomayhem suggested integrating the Fight Club into the guild meetings to boost interest and encourage attendance. By combining skill-building opportunities with interactive and rewarding elements, TeamPh is committed to creating a more inclusive and engaging environment that motivates all members to participate actively and contribute to our community.
5. Utility of the $TeamPh Token
TeamPh is pleased to share that @mangomayhem will soon provide comprehensive updates on the utility and strategic vision for the $TeamPh Token. These updates will be shared via the TeamPh Discord channel, offering all members a convenient and interactive platform to stay informed.
6. Guild Building Upgrades
TeamPh extends heartfelt gratitude to @thejedo and @elrmapa for their consistent and invaluable contributions toward upgrading our guild buildings. Their contributions strengthen our Splinterlands community and reflect TeamPh’s teamwork spirit. We deeply value their steadfast dedication. Their efforts in upgrading our guild buildings are instrumental in strengthening TeamPh’s foundation, enhancing our competitive edge in Splinterlands, and fostering a sense of unity among members.
