2. Guild Operations & Recruitment
The meeting highlighted the critical need for a streamlined onboarding process to support new guild members. Discussions centered on establishing a dedicated Welcome Team to provide personalized support, alongside the development of an automated bot and comprehensive FAQs to address common inquiries efficiently. The bot and FAQs will focus on key areas such as SPL brawls, Team PH operations, and curation processes, aiming to reduce repetitive queries and enhance member self-sufficiency. This initiative is expected to improve member retention and engagement by ensuring clear, accessible information.

3. Alliances & Financial Strategy
@mangomayhem and @imril-tv led a strategic discussion on forming a collaborative alliance between Team PH, Stray, and other affiliated guilds. The primary objective is to strengthen the ecosystem by optimizing player placement based on skill levels. Lower-level or newer players would be guided toward PH or Stray guilds for development, while high-performing, experienced players would transition to TeamPH to bolster its competitive edge. This initiative aims to enhance guild synergy, improve resource allocation, and foster a supportive environment for players of all levels. @imril-tv will take charge for this endeavor.
@mangomayhem proposed a 5% increase in the Esports budget to support expanded guild activities and competitive initiatives. The request is under review, pending final approval from the board. The team agreed that further details and justifications would be addressed in a dedicated forum to ensure transparency and alignment with guild priorities. He will also will lead follow-up discussions in a separate forum to finalize the budget increase.
@mernmin raised concerns about the discontinuation of LP earnings, prompting a discussion on sustainable alternative revenue streams. The team explored leveraging guild-owned land as a viable income source, capitalizing on its potential to generate consistent returns. @thejedo provided valuable insights by completing a detailed assessment of the DAO’s current card and plot holdings, evaluating their revenue-generating potential.
@thejedo, together with @leveluplifeph is prepared to share a comprehensive spreadsheet detailing the earnings potential from the DAO’s assets, which will guide further decision-making on land utilization.

@thejedo confirmed that he shared a detailed PeakD post outlining the step-by-step process for staking licenses, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all members.
@mernmin proposed redirecting funds previously generated from LP into CA investments as a strategic move to diversify guild revenue streams. The discussion emphasized the need for careful financial planning to ensure viability. @thejedo recommended conducting a forecast to assess whether the investment could be recouped, highlighting the importance of data-driven decision-making.
(@mernmin and @mangomayhem will hold offline discussions to evaluate the proposal in greater detail, incorporating @thejedo’s suggestion for a financial forecast to validate the investment’s potential returns.)
@thejedo introduced a proposal to rent out surplus CA cards to TeamPH members in exchange for TeamPH tokens, creating an additional revenue stream while empowering members with access to valuable assets. This initiative aims to enhance member engagement and incentivize participation within the guild’s ecosystem.
(@thejedo,@mernmin and @mangomayhem will conduct offline discussions to refine the proposal, addressing logistics, pricing, and eligibility criteria for card rentals.)
