It was quite a month indeed, marked by a series of significant and emotional events both locally and within the global Filipino community.

The observance of Holy Week brought a period of reflection and spiritual renewal for many, as families and communities gathered to commemorate one of the most important traditions in the Christian calendar.

However, this month was also shadowed by the loss of several remarkable individuals, whose passing left a profound impact on those who knew them and the fields they influenced. Also a tragedy struck the Filipino community in Vancouver during what was supposed to be a joyous celebration of Lapu Lapu Day, an event honoring Filipino heritage and unity. Adding to the month's challenges, Mount Bulusan in Sorsogon, Philippines, experienced a phreatic eruption. This month has truly been a test of resilience, compassion, and solidarity, as communities faced sorrow, loss, and natural calamity, yet continued to draw strength from one another and from the spirit of bayanihan.

It is in the spirit of Bayanihan that TeamPh keeps thriving. TeamPh is a dynmic community made up of individuals from every corner of the world, each bringing unique time zones, cultures, and backgrounds to the group. Despite these differences, it is our shared enthusiasm for Splinterlands and our united dream that bind us together as one strong, resilient, and supportive community.

The guild's Chairperson @mangomayhem called the meeting to order at 9PM.

Approval of Previous Minutes

The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.

Agenda

1. Removal of @dardasensei from the guild following multiple notifications and repeated reminders, in accordance with established guild policies. After allowing a reasonable amount of time, the board decided to release him to make room for more active players.

2. A notice will be sent to @saphkel (c/o @thejedo) to address his participation and responsibilities in guild brawls.

3. Synergizing with other Philippine teams such as AlliancePh and StrayPh to strengthen our roster, TeamPh aims to field top-tier players in Tier 4 competitions, enhancing our competitiveness and fostering greater collaboration within the local Splinterlands community. The board has identified strong players, and @thejedo will be reaching out to them directly to discuss potential opportunities and strengthen TeamPh’s roster.

4. The creation of a TeamPh Facebook Page has been temporarily placed on hold and is currently in "parking" mode until further notice.

Other Matters

The board discussed the potential impact of the upcoming improvements in Splinterlands and their implications for TeamPh. With major updates on the horizon such as Land 2.0 and Conclave Arcana, the team recognizes these as pivotal evolutions in the game’s ecosystem. The Land expansion, in particular, introduces advanced resource management, spell and item crafting, and deeper strategic elements, making land ownership and participation more significant than ever.

TeamPh welcomes these changes, as they were anticipated, and guild members have proactively prepared for specific aspects of the new gameplay, including staking cards, optimizing resource production, and engaging in collaborative challenges (ie. For inquiries about Praetoria, @thejedo is equipped with deep knowledge of land strategy and game mechanics. When it comes to Conclave Arcana, @mangomayhem is the best person to consult for insights and guidance on this latest game evolution). The board is optimistic that these developments will not only enhance the competitive edge of TeamPh but also strengthen community engagement and open up new opportunities for all members as Splinterlands continues to evolve.
