Necessary materials

‎scissors
Anti cutter
Paper cup
Plastic bottle
B-6000 glue
Colour paper
Fevicol glue

First, I took a paper cup and cut it using an anti-cutter. Then, I sized the design of the paper cup nicely and made it even with a ✂️.

Next, here I cut an abandoned bottle using an anti-cutter. Later, I cut it to a nice size with scissors.

Then I attached the piece of paper cup to the bottom of the plastic bottle using B-6000 glue.

Then I cut another piece of paper cup with scissors and finished the design with a nice size.

The design was then attached to the center of the plastic bottle using glue.

Later, I cut colored paper into thin shapes and completed this wonderful design.

Then I twisted it around the top side of the bottle using glue.

Here I have cut paper cups into thin shapes and made a beautiful design.

Next, I glued the paper cup design onto the plastic bottle and stuck it neatly. Let's follow the final step.

Finally, here I am presenting to you all a wonderful pen holder by making full use of all the equipment. This special pen holder will be helpful in keeping some practical products including writing pens in my house. You can prepare such a pen holder by following all these steps.
