Today we are going to talk about rental cards in Splinterlands. Rental cards are cards that you can take on rent and play with if you do not want to buy them. Compared to the original price of the card, the rental cards are quite cheap, so you do not have to worry about the financial burden as well.

In today’s post, I am going to share 2 cards that I have found interesting and that I am looking forward to rent in the coming days. If anyone knows a better option, you can tell me about the cards in the comments, but I am going to share my cards now.

The first card I liked is Ashen Cindergrim. You can see him below. He comes with a magic attack of 1, health of 2, and speed of 1. This card is good if kept near the end as it has low health and it comes with the opportunity ability. This means it is going to target the enemy with the least health.

Now, I am not going to rent this card at base level because there the magic attack is just 1. But if we see in the screenshot below, the stats show that if I am able to take the level 3 version of this card, then the magic attack will become 2, which is the maximum you can get. The level 10 version of this card also comes with 2 magic attacks, but there the health and speed increase, and I think that is the best.

Also, you get extra abilities. The first extra ability is Painforge. This ability gives you +1 power when damaged by poison, burning, or hit by an ally.

The next ability is Silence, which gives - 1 magic power to all enemy units. I think this is an interesting ability. At level 9, you only get 2 abilities, the Pain Forge and the Opportunity ability. So, I am looking forward to renting this card at level 3.

Now, if we see the cost, a level 3 or level 4 version of this card will cost you only 1.3 DEC per day. I think it is quite reasonable for the price, and this is the first card I want to rent. But if you think there are better options, let me know.

Now let us look at the second card that I am planning to rent. This one also comes from the fire element because I want to buy cards from the fire elements only. In the screenshot below, you can see the card I am interested in. This one also comes with an ability named Incendiary.

This ability gives you an advantage that at the beginning of round 2 and each following round, it applies burning. Burning has a 33% chance to spread to either adjacent units at the beginning of each round. Then, all burning units lose 2 health.

Burning can be cleansed.

This card costs only 2 mana, and that is why I am quite interested in it. Its name is Kha'zi Conjurer, and this card costs 3 DEC token per day at level 1. If you move forward and upgrade this card to level 5, then the ranged attack will increase to 5 and a new ability will be unlocked, which is the Piercing ability.

This ability allows the damage in excess of the target armor to be applied to health. I think even the level 1 card is quite good to go with, and for 3 DEC token per day, this is a good deal.
