Punks on Hive! My experience buying my first ever NFT's!

avatar

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting here. I have been invested in HIVE throughout 2021 and when a friend showed me that HIVE was getting it's own NFT's I thought this was a really exciting opportunity to get involved and buy my first NFT's. I minted 20 of them yesterday and was really pleased with what I got. My highest rarity is Punk #7188, Emory Keller

I think her name is pretty clever because she is a Stunt Coordinator, and her name may be a play on the famous magician 'Uri Geller'!

Another favourite of mine is Punk #7186, Conor Colon

This dude made me laugh because he's a Neurosurgeon, and clearly very unhappy, frowning outside the office, smoking a cigarette after a hard day. I like the play on words by using 'Colon' as his surname.

This has been a really fun experience so far, and I want to thank @themarkymark for the hard work he has put into this. I've also been hanging out in the discord, which has been a really welcoming place to chat about the Punks, future updates etc.

If you've made it this far, thanks for reading! As I say it's my first time making a post so I hope I don't hit the wrong button and delete all of this! Excited to see this project progress over the following weeks. Happy Punking!
