My best moment in Splinterlands plus Ranked Rewards Season 39 Report

Heya Splinterlanders,

Another topic, where we can go back to the past ;). It's perfect because I still have plenty of videos to catch up on from Aftersound :). He went crazy and published them every few hours :).
For today, we are going to think about the Most Remarkable Splinterlands Moments. It's not a simple task, so let's try.

During these 2.5 years, so many interesting things happened. Recently we had an article about my Splinterlands journey, where I mentioned many things which I could iterate here, but I will not repeat myself :).

One of the best moments was in my early struggle to learn how to play and win. At that time I usually rent the cards, and I tried to be as effective as possible.

I do not know how many of you remember what was the reward structure at that time.
If I remember correctly, every day we had a quest - 5 battles to win with specific conditions to fulfill. After that, we could claim the rewards - a fixed amount of chest for every league. For the lower league it was a quite small amount 1-3 probably, I think it was 16 in the highest league. For every league it was the same chest, there was no difference in chest between leagues.

At that time, my league was probably silver the most, so you can imagine how shocked and happy I was when I opened the chest and saw that card:

I'm not sure what the value of it was at that time (and unfortunately I cannot find any site with full price history), but I remember that at one time there were some offers around 300$. Of course, I didn't sell it then and I still own the card. Do I regret that decision? Not at all. Of course, I could sell it and use that money to get something else, but my diamond-hands mentality wouldn't let me do it :). Maybe I'm not a collector, but at that time the card was so useful and allowed me to join a better guild with the option to fight in the brawls :)

From that time whole rewards system was rebuilt, so let's check what the reward looks like now:

Finally our bot performance was above 50%, last few season was lower. It does not change a lot the amount of chest we receive every season, but it's a good sign :).

I know, it looks pathetic. Just two tournaments, and both ended with walkover. As I mentioned that was very busy time for me, and even when I signed up, I could not finish any matches :(. I will talk more about it in summary.

I called the last season the disaster, so I don't know what to say about this one :(. SPS amount 1/3 less than before. The only legendaries (3) and epics (4) cards save it from total disaster :(.

I know, I always say if it's more than 1000 SPS it's good, but last season I have not claimed the LP rewards. So the only reason is so high is that. I'm thinking of removing the LP from BNB network.

As you can see it wasn't the best season, and it's the second in a row. I want to address one thing, with all the changes around lands, card supply, etc, I noted that the rental market is quite shallow. Sometimes there is no key card to rent. And of course, because of the SPS/DEC ratio, it's totally unprofitable. I hope it will stabilize sooner than later :), and I could be more competitive in the brawl and tournaments with a better collection size. Of course, another solution is to buy the card, I'm thinking about it :).

Definitely, it was a very busy Holiday time for me. Fortunately, that time is over and now I will pay more attention and focus more on the Splinterlands ecosystem.
