My Splinterlands journey and goals plus Ranked Rewards Season 38 Report

Heya Splinterlanders,

A few months ago we had a quite similar topic about Splinterlands journey. I think I will not repeat myself here, if you are interested in reading a bigger story about my journey, please check this article.

During this more than 2-year Splinterlands journey, I managed to accumulate a nice bunch of assets. My plan of course was way more optimistic, but unfortunately, it was very difficult to achieve. At this time, I was supposed to play on Champion level with all my cards. Maybe I was too passive, but I usually focus on the game aspect and ignore some, probably more profitable, ways to gather more resources like trading, speculating, etc.
Here is my summary of my accounts:

Almost 1.5m Collection Power, 100k+ SPS, plenty of Potions, and some unspent Merits :). Is that a lot? Hard to say, for sure I expected more, at least when it comes to cards.

This is tricky, I still want to play on the highest level. It was possible and profitable a few months ago with the rental market. I'm not sure what the situation looks like now. SPS/DEC ratio still does not look great, and of course whole rental process takes some time. I really wait for the new mode, which gives me more fun with the game.

I will write perversely, my goal for the "near" future is to play as many drafts as I can :).

Weak tournaments season, and very weak battle rewards. It never rains but it pours or polish saying with direct translation: Misfortunes come in pairs :). No legendaries, no good gold foil :(

We jumped to Tier 4 brawl, so this time that saves our SPS amount. There is no LP, because I haven't claimed any rewards during that season. So still solid amount as usual.

Holiday time is almost over, time to catch up on news, proposals, and changes around the Splinterlands ecosystem. I hope my goal will be real in 2024. And what are your goals? :)
