Splinterlands - I Went All In...

The struggles I am having in Splinterlands has made me change how I play the game. With my woes in the new ranking rewards I have decided to stop my lending and retain all cards for my personal use. Furthermore cards that I am missing I am renting from the open market.

Today's daily splinter is fire and I had to rent out a Yodin Zaku.

The end result is a decent recovery in wins.

What have I learned?

My struggles in the game is for real and I wanted to see if I could compete better if I had a full set of cards. I am no where near max level by any means but it was easier to play through the matches as my card selection no longer limited.

Without any rental income I don't think I will earn more overall. I am only playing in this format just for now for a few days or season to see just how much I am earning. Stay tune...

Yeah renting cards pretty much is critical now for a good win rate. Else you are constantly losing against better decks. I am earning more chests every day and having more fun now. Just need a good pull to happen to make me happier.

The rental market is a bit unstable right now so I would wait a little while before you doo that.

I managed to get 6 rewards, but no cards. I still not level up any summoners yet. Once I sell some cards, then I can buy summoners. It be interested to see the differences !

Fire is hard to win without the right summoners. And fire is so hard for me to win, be it in the past or now. So, I have decided to skip fire so I basically rented out all my fire cards.

Lol you had yourself beating up badly there, I can imagine the pain!
And the there you go unleash Zaku on your opponents, I might be renting Zaku as well since my current Focus is Fire.

Zaku makes fire battles a lot easier if you mix in the right cards. I love it because I can use grum and ranged monsters.

I do agree that it's a lot harder now. I am still renting out cards and I don't really have to rent out cards. However, I do understand your frustration because the new system requires a lot more work compared to the past.
