Rental Market For PP?

Since the land 1.75 and Survival mode roll out I am still having difficult renting out many of my legacy cards. What is interesting to note is that the cards that I could rent out are yielding some interesting results. Snapshot for front of this post has six of my cards that are rented out are being used in land plots. This gave me the thought of aiming for cards to rent for PP. Apparently any card over 5000 PP is going to peak some interest. I have plenty of legacy cards in that realm.

Cards that have over 5k PP are not having proper rental prices compared to what is existing in the market. The game's updates has left the rental market very distorted and I am afraid this may stay like so for multiple seasons. Why? Well all these cards I have that are difficult to rent out are legacy cards. There is not that many players familiar legacy cards to know their value, and there are modern cards that simply outplay the legacy cards.

Low level legacy summoner cards I got plenty of but can't rent out either. Too low PP level cards I will not be able to rent out for land production. However trying to rent them out for Survival mode is ideal but as of lately they are not in demand at all.

Modern cards in high rarity and level will have low PP making them also unattractive to be rented for land production. My estimate in cost to rent out on some of these cards will have to be lower considering I have plenty not finding renters.

On a whole I can see just playing the rental game is quite challenging. The updates has created a void in rental prices. Meanwhile the landscape of what to rent and prices is also still in flux and players trying to find a happy median.
