My Land Gameplan

My land activity has been a higher priority than building my card collection. In past posts had mention how I was going to buy more cards, but in reality I have mainly been saving and building up for my land production. In the past couple of seasons I am steadily increasing my DEC stake in land. Right now close to 70K DEC stake but I have five plots to divide the amount.
In the past I had 10 land plots but since the new resources I basically consolidated my plots down to 5 and started focusing on each resource to build a flow of DEC.
I had a limited amount of DEC to work with so I needed to reduce my land plots as majority would not be producing anything. However I also knew I had to have plots with different resource or else become lopsided in the future when it came to producing items. I know we can swap between assets so in a way we do not necessarily have to produce wood, stone, and iron, but I want to be somewhat independent therefore want a plot for each resource.
Meanwhile grain is a top priority because with grain there is not energy for the workers. Hence right now I have been putting majority of my DEC stake into my one plot that produces grains.
The DEC, energy req, column basically has me allocating about 80% into my grain producing plot, but it is worth noting legacy cards take up less energy for the same amount of PP. In terms of cards I mainly focused on highest PP and put it into my plot producing grain, but this handicapped my remaining plots in terms of production. In time I hope to save up enough DEC to stake and build up the other plots' production, but also not exceed the amount of grain to harvest all the resources. This is a juggling act.
It may not be clear but I am currently only operating four out of my five plots in terms of resources. I want to get my resource production as high as possible before I start up my research that is my fifth plot.
In order to accelerate the process I have been swapping my resources into DEC and staking the new earnings to continue expanding my production. The trade hub is easy to use as you can swap between grain, wood, iron or stone for DEC and vice versa.
With small rental income I earn daily and harvesting my resources once a day I have a little over 300 DEC added to my overall net worth. Its not much but has been adding up as I have been running this for the past two seasons. The staked DEC is helping me produce more which in turn swap into more DEC.
My plan is to make my resources be self sufficient without having to swapping them. If it comes down to it I was fortunate that way back in the beginning of land I had bought my five plots that I selected consecutively help in dividing up my resource production. This allow me to avoid having to swap land plots or buying more plots to balance resource production. The five plots I did sell basically were all wood production and since it was in a different region I did not want to spend extra fees to swap grain through the regions. As one can imagine the costs keep adding up with more land plots. I simply did not see myself having enough cards and DEC to yield resources effectively.
Slow and steady I hope to grow my stash of assets. First target is to max out resource production and that will only happen if I staked enough DEC. Then there is potential to grow my collection by eyeing for new plots. I can see myself owning 10 plots again one day but for now I will stick to trying to run my existing plots efficiently.
Until next time thanks for reading!!!

I have plenty of other cards for rent! Just go on peakmonsters and check out the market place and if you are curious what I offer here is a link:

It's just like when a good strategy is created, then a lot more interesting things start happening there, and this game will be even more interesting in the future, so new people will definitely come.
It sounds tough to balance things. What is your plan for the new CA set though?
Priority is utilize all five of my plots to production at full capacity. They may not produce the most possible but at least I have them running with five monsters per a plot is ideal. Then I am looking at max common and max rare in the new CA set. 1k DEC packs are a steal in my thinking. Hopefully with that combined with reward cards can push me toward modern battles again. On the other hand I am doing all right in wild. It is the initial 2k DEC entry that is making me hesitant to play.
