Splinterland Daily Quest: Sneaky sneaky
So today's daily task was to win 5 battles with a monster that had a sneak ability.
Whenever I am not limited to a specific element I like to make use of the Death Element and use Zintar Mortalis as my Summoner and having the Haunted Spirit really helps in being able to withstand a few rounds.
I usually with have Twisted Jester although it costs 4 mana but comes with a snipe ability and two value range attack. It has decent speed as well at 3 speed and 4 life so it could go 2-4 rounds or kill off most of the backline already before it gets killed
My skeleton assassin is also speedy but having a one attack value it has some problems punching through fortified or tankier characters.
If I cannot think of any other monster to make use of I would usually place an undead priest at the very end to be able to be focused on as well as have that -1 health debuff to enemies.
A lot of my cards are still in the Alpha and Beta as I was not able to secure enough vouchers to buy new packs.
Anyway will just continue to grind, look to level up some monsters and hope to get new ones as well to be updated on the new metas.
I have been closely following the Splinterland community feeds to read up.
I mostly have Alphas and Betas too, so I mostly got the same team composition for Sneak and Snipe quests. Skeleton Assassin is much more capable on Level 4 with a 2-point attack but leveling up the Alpha cards can be a pain though. They cost x5 or more than Beta counterparts.
