With the Last Bullet: Suffering Return to Diamond III (9 Wins in a Row) - Splinterlands Social Media Challenge.
Hello everyone! Today we are back with another participation in the Social Media Challenge initiative. Today I have some very good news to tell you, so without further ado let's get started with the post.
¡Hola a todos! Hoy volvemos con otra participación en la iniciativa del Social Media Challenge. El dia de hoy tengo muy buenas noticias que contarles, asi que sin más empecemos con la publicación.
This last season I have started in a bad way, I was used to play in the rank of Gold I and Diamond II, but for some reasons such as inactivity, bad deck and bad strategies, in a single season I have thrown all my effort in the trash.
So I had to start my season in the Silver II rank, far away from my goal which was to return to Diamond, but now with a deck with which it would be possible to appeal to that miracle.
Esta última temporada la he empezado de mala forma, venia acostumbrado a jugar en el rango de Gold I y Diamond II, pero por algunos motivos como inactividad, mal mazo y malas estrategias, en una sola temporada he tirado todo mi esfuerzo a la basura.
Asi que me ha tocado iniciar mi camino de la temporada en el rango Plata II, muuuy lejos de mi objetivo que era volver a Diamante, pero ahora con un mazo con el que seria posible apelar a ese milagro.
Little by little, with a lot of effort and thinking carefully about the battles, I was able to start climbing up the ranks due to the superiority of my deck with respect to the users playing in that rank. Meanwhile, I was completing other modes like the new Story Mode or fighting Guild Brawls.
That's how I ended up reaching Gold I, a journey that I had already counted up to my last post and that took me quite a bit of effort to reach. I also had a bit of luck, because I remember that several users (about three) gave up, probably because of bugs in the bots they used to fight.
Poco a poco, con bastante esfuerzo y pensando detenidamente en las batallas, pude empezar a subir de rango debido a la superioridad de mi mazo respecto a los usuarios que juegan en ese rango. Mientras tanto, iba completando otros modos como el nuevo Modo Historia o peleando Guild Brawls.
Así es como terminé llegando a Oro I, un recorrido que ya había contado hasta mi última publicación y que me costó bastante esfuerzo alcanzar. También tuve un poco de suerte, porque recuerdo que varios usuarios (alrededor de tres) se rindieron, probablemente por fallos en los bots que usaban para pelear.
To continue with the thread of the previous post, I also wanted to talk about the Tier 4 Guild Brawl I played the other day.
In this Novice Cap Guild Brawl with all Gold Foil cards, I had a pretty acceptable performance, even though I was missing quite a few cards to play the competition, I managed to put up quite a fight with users with a much higher ELO than mine.
Para continuar con el hilo de la anterior publicación, queria también hablar sobre la Guild Brawl Tier 4 que disputé el otro dia.
En esta Guild Brawl de Novice Cap con todas cartas Gold Foil, tuve un desempeño bastante aceptable, a pesar de que me faltaban bastantes cartas para disputar la competición, logré dar bastante pelea con usuarios con un ELO bastante superior al mio.
I have managed to close a good participation with a summary of 4 wins and 4 losses, obtaining a total of 4700 MERITS and 63 SPS. I think this mode is the most profitable to continue obtaining SPS.
He logrado cerrar una buena participación con un resumen de 4 victorias y 4 derrotas, obteniendo un total de 4700 MERITS y 63 SPS. Creo que este modo, viene siendo de lo más rentable para seguir obteniendo SPS.
After climbing back up to Gold I, I saw my goal of reaching Diamond III quite far away, because I had to win a huge amount of battles and time was limited, since there were only two days left in the season.
So I started to play more casually, taking advantage to burn energy and gain some SPS and GLINT in return.
Luego de subir nuevamente a Oro I, veía bastante lejano mi objetivo de llegar a Diamante III, porque tenía que ganar una cantidad inmensa de batallas y el tiempo era limitado, ya que solo quedaban dos días de temporada.
Así que me puse a jugar de manera más casual, aprovechando para quemar energía y ganar un poco de SPS y GLINT a cambio.
The first battle I ended up winning, thanks to the fact that I played a Fire deck against an Earth deck, where I get quite an advantage when attacking.
The second battle, I had the rule that only ranged cards could be placed, so I put one of my strongest cards that can attack from the first position: Gargola Devil. With just that and two more attacking cards in the back, it was enough for me to win this round.
The third battle I had played with a composition quite similar to the first one, but unlike that battle, this one was quite hard fought and I won it by a tiny detail called: Grum Flameblade.
La primera batalla la terminé ganando, gracias a que jugué un deck de Fuego contra uno de Tierra, donde obtengo bastante ventaja a la hora de atacar.
La segunda batalla, tenia la regla de que solo se podian colocar cartas a distancia, asi que pusé una de mis cartas más fuertes que puede atacar de la primera posición: Gargola Devil. Con tan solo eso y dos cartas más de ataque atras, me bastó para hacerme con esta ronda.
La tercera batalla la habia jugado con una composición bastante parecida a la primera, pero a diferencia de esa batalla, esta fue bastante peleada y la gane por un minimo detalle llamado: Grum Flameblade.
After the third victory I started to get excited, even though I was quite far from the goal, since I had to win 6 more games to keep the winning streak going and keep getting 40 points for each one.
Miraculously, I was quite lucky and made it to the last battle alive, with only a few hours left in the season. It was now or never to return to Diamond 3 after two difficult seasons.
About the last game, the rules of the battle made it quite difficult and I had many doubts about whether I could take the victory. It was a totally agonizing victory, which I managed to capture using OBS Studio and turn into a GIF to show you.
Despues de la tercer victoria me empecé a emocionar, a pesar de estar bastante lejos del objetivo, ya que tenia que ganar 6 partidas más para mantener la racha de victorias y seguir obteniendo 40 puntos por cada una.
Milagrosamente, tuve bastante suerte y logré llegar hasta la última batalla con vida, quedando solo unas pocas horas para que termine la temporada. Era ahora o nunca para regresar a Diamante 3 después de dos temporadas complicadas.
Sobre la última partida, las reglas de la batalla la hicieron bastante difícil y tenía muchas dudas sobre si podría llevarme la victoria. Fue una victoria totalmente agónica, que logré capturar usando OBS Studio y convertir en un GIF para poder mostrárselos.
The quality of the GIF is not very good because I had to enlarge the GIF to make it display completely.
La calidad del GIF no es muy buena debido a que tuve que agrandar el GIF para que se muestre por completo.
