Hello everyone! Today I'm back after a few days, against another participation in this week's Social Media Challenge.

After finishing completing the last chapters of the story mode which have been quite challenging, today I'm going to tell you how I've been doing in Wild Ranked these days.

If you have been following the last publications, you will know that for last season I had rented a very cheap deck after losing the possibility of renting high level summoners.

That factor and how hung up I am, led to me losing a lot of battles due to abandonment or not having a pretty adequate deck. So I ended up dropping from Gold I to Gold III.

The worst part of all this is that now I had to play Wild Ranked from Silver II and it would take me a lot of work to get back to Diamond. So for this season, I prioritized spending more than 4 dollars to build a more or less competitive DECK.

Before commenting on my experience this season, I wanted to take advantage of some MERITS I gathered to make an opening of five Gladius Cases.

On this occasion, I was quite lucky, which is not so common when opening reward cards. I got several epics and even one of them in its Gold Foil version. Surely in a few weeks, I will be able to upgrade another batch of cards from the Gladiator set.

I started this new season in Silver III, a rank where there are practically no rewards in the Wild format, especially considering what I invested to rent the DECK this time. Therefore, I knew I had to be much more active: play as many battles as possible and avoid being distracted or absent when it came to building the team.

The first victories didn't take long to arrive and I quickly managed to promote to Silver I. As for the reward chests I got, honestly the content left a lot to be desired and was not worth it at all. Anyway, it is something to be expected being in such low ranks.

To move up to Gold III, it took me a few more days. I had been a bit stuck on the verge of going up, but nothing that a good winning streak didn't solve, which allowed me to be back in Gold.

The rewards as I expected, ended up being pretty bad.

So far, I had managed to reach Gold III, but I wasn't about to sit idly by. The rewards at this rank are just intermediate and, besides, if I finished the season in Gold III, that meant starting the next one in Silver, something I definitely wanted to avoid.

So as soon as I moved up to Gold III, inspired by a winning streak I managed to return to Gold II after a few weeks. I forgot to take screenshots of the rewards, but you don't miss much.

This is a summary of my first seven days in the Splinterlands season. I'm currently still at Gold II rank and I'm about to reach Gold I. I'm hoping to finish the season at Diamond III, but I'll need more than a miracle to do so.
