Rising Star - I choose one song per day, Daily Rising Star statistics and giveaway of 150,000 starbits - Ticket To Ride: Kawala

In this space I will be giving away STARBITS, sharing my experience with a song, telling how I discovered it, and providing interesting information about it. Then I will include several tables with statistics of the Rising Star game.

After I finished going through the hundred songs provided by Spotify that I listened to the most in the last year, I have thought of adding songs of my choice from my "Like" list that has more than 1000 songs. The last song I talked about in my last post was: Inochi ni Kirawarete Iru of the artists Kobasolo and Aizawa.

Thanks to video games, I have discovered a lot of amazing music. No matter the genre or the setting, there are always soundtracks that manage to surprise me. In The Witcher 3 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance (both in its first and second installment), I enjoyed excellent medieval music, which completely immerses you in its medieval world. Bloodborne, meanwhile, enveloped me with a soundtrack that perfectly captured Victorian London. In games like Rocket League and FIFA, the menu songs became true musical discoveries, accompanying each game. In GTA San Andreas, I was able to enjoy Country hits in rural areas and Hip-Hop hits in the most precarious neighborhoods.

In my Spotify “Likes”, I usually have many songs that are part of games. In this case, the song I will talk about today, is part of the FIFA 21 soundtrack. Personally, I got to know the artist thanks to this song, which became a favorite in the game along with Genius by Sya.

I recently mentioned that I was recommending songs to a friend. After a while, I found the song on my "Likes" playlist, so I recommended it to him, and he became fascinated with the artist, exploring his repertoire even further.

Kawala is a band from the United Kingdom known for creating alternative and indie music.

It consists of Jim Higson, Daniel McCarthy, Ben Batten, Reeve Coulson, and Dan Lee.

"Ticket to Ride" is a single released by the band in 2020. It gained widespread popularity after being featured on the soundtrack of Electronic Arts' hit game FIFA.

The new format will be similar to the one we used some time ago, using the Hive Tools application.
