yeah, thanks to @hopestylist for the tag, actually, this my first time to participate in Friday weekend engagement on give Naija, when I got here,I was like what's happening on hive Naija, so I decided to read up the post and I got to understand the full gist, well , without no doubt, I'm in for this I'm sure I'm gonna find it fun.. hopefully
So let's gooooo
Enough of the whole paparazzi, and let's go straight to the gist.
would I prefer vlogging to blogging?
Errrr, I would say I would prefer bother, but when it's comes to making preference, there will surely be one choice that will supercede the other, so in this case, I will be going for blogging, because that is what I've been doing since two years ago before vlogging , so it's one of the easiest way to pen down my thoughts, even when I'm sad and there's none to talk, I can just decided to write it down, and i will be relieved after that.
the eaier for me to create?
I still choose blogging to vlogging I this case, because when it comes to blogging, ideas come quickly and you can even get idea from anything around, you can just sit down and ideas, will just be following flowing on your head.. that's just the spirit of a writer. (Getting idea from reality)
Which comes more natural?
According to what I've explained initially, writing comes naturally, I can write from my own experience and I can write on what is happening at the moment, i.e a butterfly can just fly across you and immediately, I might have a tangible thing to write about it...
Mind you, despite the fact that blogging comes naturally, can still experience a writer block, it happens to me sometimes ,but yet, I will still have something to pen down.
Which brings a better payout?
Omo! I no go lie, Vlogging bring a better payout for me, but depsite that, I still cherish blogging aspect
Is it difficult to face the camera, How were you able to become a vlogger?
Well, since when I started vlogging, I don't see it as any difficult task, I find it so easy to face the camera as far as I know what to say or sing, so I don't see I big deal on it.
I find more interest in becoming A vlogging because of the love I have for singing yes, I've been on hive for months, but when I came across hiveopen mic , I see it as an opportunity for me to carry out what I have passion for, so I started making videos on music and I came across Afri-tunes community too, and I thinking I'm loving my vlogging section with this two communities, hopefully I'm gonna come across more of it.....

writer's block is something that can happen to any writer, but we just have a way to deal with it.
I find it so annoying, but sometimes I will try to make the person understand what I actually mean, and sometime I do as if I no see anything, I go just pass by..🤣🤣
Lolz, that is what happens when blogging is over 1500 words hehehehehe 😒🤣🤣🤣🤣, it's very annoying and pissing 🤣🤣🤣🤣...

Yes oo, it's Normal to have writers block, we just have to be very wise to plan ahead for it.

That writers block thing sha, it can be really frustrating most times and that why I always try to keep some write ups and think harder on days when my brain is working very fast, lol.

You were explicit on this. Blogging comes naturally. As you pour your mind, your hand is thinking with your head and that makes it a lot easier.
Blogging is great but one can not be shooting video everyday nah

Blogging is a serious deal and it takes time to produce a quality video. For, blogging, all you just need is to begin.
Blogging has to do with a very special technique, you have to carry your audience along with the way you construct your write up.
and vlogging, you must know how to compose your self to make a good video, that attractive look is very important , one cannot just dress anyhow, and the environment must be clean as well.
but in blogging, you don't have to consider all this characteristics
And that makes blogging easy.

Yes you are right, it is really tiring making videos every day compared to blogging.

Sometimes I just get a good video editor and try and edit the errors out and that is not really easy too. Blogging is a lot easier abeg.
Yeah, it's not always easy, Vlogging requires a lot... if care is not taken, you might get tired in the process...

Hahaha that's true sha but it's amenable too. You just have to try and stay focus on what you are doing and with time you will get used to it.

I see you like both but giving preference, blogging wins the day and I totally agree with you, there are so many things that gives blogging an edge over vlogging. And I'm very sure that's one reason why most times, videos are more rewarded compared to blogging but both are still pretty good.
