Have stopped playing spl, but with the dip, I have to strategize on how to rent the best card when I start playing again.

With the new reward system it is quicker to build one's deck because the rewards are a lot now but one have to put in lots of time.

That's the main issue for me. I don't have that much time for gaming and spl can be addictive at times.
Lol, the game is very addictive and with emotions as well, I am kind of free now and not working so am utilizing my time for Splinterlands and on Hive in general

I'm doing the same with Hive. Learning and earning, it's too much when you have to add gaming to everything. 24 hours won't be enough.
It's easy to spend all day Battling on spl if you're not careful.
24 hours is basically not enough, I spend the whole day on Hive, my break only come when I have to do some chores or go out, other than that it's I literally live on Hive

I wish I had the time to spend all day on Hive but I can only make do with what I have available. Maybe when I am financially free, I can.

Learning is always good. You can always just play your line-up and do what you need to do while waiting for the results.

I wish I had that much time available. It's been a mess because I have twice the amount of chores this weekend because I had work last weekend.

I know am not going to be free like this for too long, days are coming when I will have limited time so am making the best use of time now on Hive

It's hard to find a balance and I try to rent out what I don't need for my own rank.

The new reward system gives more DEC so you can buy cards but you can't really rent out those reward cards because the rental prices are like crap.

The rental market seems to be either hit or miss right now. It has recovered to an extent but certain cards provide a lot of income while others give crappy rentals.
