Coastal Sentry fanart || My splinterlands art contest

A big greeting dear community, it's been a while since I upload some art piece in this community and this time I wanted to resume the content of @splinterlands, so today I bring Nimue the coastal warrior, coastal warriors come from the settlements of the great depths of the Tritons, they protect their marine world, this is a reward card for which I was interested because of its aesthetics.

Un gran saludo querida comunidad, ha sido un tiempo desde que subo alguna pieza artística en esta comunidad y en esta ocasión quise retomar el contenido de @splinterlands, por lo que hoy traigo a Nimue la gerrera costera, los guerreros costeros provienen de los asentamientos de las grandes profundidades de los Tritones, protegen su mundo marino, esta es una carta recompensa por la que me interese debido a su estética.

Boceto

I started by making a sketch of the figure of the character, I did it in half body, I used the hard smooth pencil.

Empecé haciendo un boceto de la figura del personaje, lo hice a medio cuerpo, usé el lápiz de acabado liso duro.

I kept the general pose of the character, making some modification in proportion of his face, hair and details, I drew his weapon and details of the tail and chest.

Conservé la pose general del personaje, haciendo alguna modificación en proporción de su rostro, cabello y detalles, dibujé su arma y detalles de la cola y pecho.

Painting

Coloreado

I used the eyedropper to attach the color palette to my canvas, using the original image of the character as a reference. Because of this, his original colors were very well preserved with slight variations in tones.

Usé el gotero para adjuntar la paleta de colores en mi lienzo, usando como referencia la imagen original del personaje. Por esto se conservó muy bien sus colores originales con ligeras variaciones de tonos.

I started painting his torso and tail, the skin of this aquatic creature is blue, so I was faithful to his style, with the magenta and purple tail continue painting. I made use of the fine brush at this stage.

Empecé pintando su torso y cola, la piel de esta criatura acuática es azul, por lo que fui fiel a su estilo, con la cola color magenta y púrpura continue pintando. Hice uso del pincel fino en esta etapa.

I didn't add part of Nimue's front flaps, instead I just drew the one that falls in a mini skirt association at the level of her navel. The scepter I colored it in gold and yellow, the hair I did it partly with a turquoise color, varying its tones and making wavy lines.

No añadí parte de las aletas frontales de Nimue, en vez de esto solo dibujé la que cae en una asocié de mini falda a la altura de su ombligo. El cetro lo coloreé de dorado y amarillo, el cabello lo hice por parte con un color turquesa, variando sus tonos y haciendo líneas onduladas.

I made glow effects with the help of watercolor and the soft light and overexposure tool.

Hice efectos de brillo con ayuda de la acuarela y la herramienta de luz suave y sobreexposición.
