Wow, this is nice. But how did you win those beers in beersaturday contest?
I received the beers from a local merchant. He discovered that I post about beer and sent me a message to tag his establishment so people can learn about the different beers he sells. When I make future BeerSaturday posts, I'll share them on other social media channels and tag him and the establishment. In addition to the beer, I received four free passes to drink as much as I want on the days I post. If Hive were more popular in my area, I'd do everything through Hive, but I'm the only one in my city who uses it. I'll have to use Web2 to republish what I post on Hive.
This is the third time I've won something from the posts I make on Beersaturday. I've even won a sponsorship to promote a beer in the past. I thought no one noticed my posts, but it paid off.
