Splinterlands | LEOLIN SIFU is a true Ninja Striker card

Hello Splinterlands fam!

Welcome to my another Splinterlands post and I hope all of you are doing well in your life and spending a cheerful day with your loved ones. Now, though the peak Sunday weekend is just around the corner, For us Splinterlands players however, its time for some rest finally, because after a long time in the ranked arena, you have finally completed playing another season. So, if you haven’t check your Splinterlands account recently, be sure to view your result and collect the season-end Glint tokens as rewards. Anyway, a fresh new ranked season has started already, as usual, and now you have to decide and race toward your goals that you have set for this ongoing ranked season. Whether you have a certain league tier to climb or you are trying for a golden seat in the top champ leaderboard, you have to hurry now if you haven’t reached your goals yet, as only 14 days left for this current ranked season to meet it’s end. Now, while another Conclave Arcana airdrop special cards coming soon to be unlocked, that pumps even more excitement in us, so, let’s jump into this fresh new ranked season and start pushing toward our goals.

Now moving on, let’s talk about the new Frontier mode, which has gain quite some popularity lately with its free-to-play mechanism and cheap rate cards if you want to quickly upgrade your foundation cards to higher levels. I am also Playing this new mode for a quite a while and after playing this mode extensively, I also invested a few bucks in it to upgrade some important archons and monsters, which no doubt is strengthen up my power in the battle arena. After the frontier season reset, I am currently back again down to 2,500 trophies, but as it is still the highest Gold I league tier where I am starting to play this new season, I will be earning one foundation pack and 3 frontier raffle entries each time I complete any one out of 3 daily reward missions in this gameplay mode.

Looking at my collection, I am only 1 level behind max level with all my archon cards and for most of my monster card as well. The archons cards to be honest are the most rare ones to get from organically playing the game and only depending on rewards. Especially with archons like water and Earth etc. Once you have all the archons made to max level, only spending one or two bucks more will get you many monsters upgraded to max level as well, which will definitely help you rule the battlefield. So, right now I am also aiming for the same and will upgrade at least one or two archons to max level.

Now moving forward, let me come to the main topic of this post as today, I will be talking about another Conclave Arcana card with you all. As you have already seen in the thumbnail, today I will be projecting the flashlight upon the Leolin Sifu. So, if you are interested, let’s take a deep dive without any further ado.

LIOLIN SIFU

The Liolin Sifu is a monster type card that was first lunched in the game with the introduction of latest Conclave Arcana edition core cards. This monster belongs to the Life element and comes from the Feliform bloodline. By rarity, it is an Epic type card, so you would require a total of 46 CC cards to upgrade this monster to its max level. In order to use this monster in battles, you would need to spend a whopping 9 mana, so ideally you can use this monster in medium to high mana limit matches. The attack type of this monster is Melee and apart from a massive melee attack, this monster also features a highly defensive combo of health + armour at decent speed along with 4 abilities, which I am about to talk about later in this post. Let me now take a further inspection into this card’s league wise Stats and abilities below to know more about this monster.

BRONZE

Even at level 2, this monster card possesses a highly powerful stats of 3 melee attack at 2 speed with 6 armour and 8 health, along with 2 abilities called True Strike, which it gets since its initial level and the Relentless Strike ability that it gets here at level 2.

TRUE STRIKE - Attacks will never miss.

RELENTLESS STRIKE - Attacks deal true damage. +1 damage if the target has void, shield or forcefield.

SILVER

When this monster reaches level 3, its stats remain the same as of its previous level - 3 melee attack at 2 speed with 6 armour and 8 health. But it does get a new ability at this level called swiftness. Now guess, who will give some extra speed to all your monsters?

SWIFTNESS- +1 speed to all allied units.

GOLD

As this monster gets upgraded further to level 5, it receives an increased stats of 4 melee attack at 3 speed with 7 armour and 10 health. But though it ls attack power and all the other stats takes an increment, sadly it does not get any new abilities at this level.

DIAMOND/ CHAMPION

Finally, when you upgrade this shaolin cat monster to its max level of 6, there it gets the same stats of its previous level, 4 melee attack power at 3 speed with 7 armour and 10 health. However, it does bring something by getting a new ability at its max level called Execute.

EXECUTE - If the target has 2 or less health after a successful attack, perform another attack against the same unit.

Last but not least, this monster is carefully built to serve high mana limit matches, suitable for front defence with its gigantic health + armour combo. Its strike abilities along with swiftness will help you to kill down those enemy monsters very quickly. So, this is am important one I think to hold in your collection. What do you think?
