Fanart of Nectar Queen

Hello hi everyone and my hiver friends greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. Hope you all are well and making great artwork for the contest participation. This is also my entry for the weekly contest in @splinterlands. Today i made very cute character which is Nectar Queen. It's also a honey bee which gives us honey. And we make different things and use honey for good health. When i saw i decided immediately to make it for my contest participation. So let's start the process of my artwork.

Process
I opened my sketchbook and took led pencil then started to draw sketch of nectar queen. I started from the head area and draw also antenna on the head .

Then i draw round and zigzag body of nectar queen in double layer. After this i draw legs at the four sides .

Later on i made wings of nectar queen at the both sides. Wings are the important because with help of wings nectar fly and store honey. So i maimy sketch again in black colour.

Now i started to add colours in the character and yellow is the main colour of this sketch. I used acrylic colours and filled body in yellow shade with thin brush.

In the middle of head i also filled yellow shade. In the legs i used mixed colours green and black. Which is looking very pretty.

In the wings i didn't add any colour so i left them same as in white colour. So my artwork is ready for final look.
