Fanart of Meriput Slinger

Hi everyone greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. This is my entry for weekly contest in @splinterlands. My participation with new artwork in the community is a creative activity. As usual i choosed different character in every participation so today my artwork is Meriput Slinger. This is very cute and also tough in making. But i made it in 2 hours. I was tired and my arm was paining because of sitting constantly 2 hours. I needed my as usual material which i already have. So let's start the process of my artwork.

Process

First i took out my sketchbook and led pencil then started to make sketch. First i draw big cap on meriput then reached fact area including eyes nose and moustaches.

After this i made one side arm with hand grabbing rope and other side led. Later on i draw other side also leg.

Then i draw also second arm holding a spinner with long rope. The parts were completed of meriput. At the last step of sketch i draw a tie in the neck area. Sketch was ready.

I made my sketch again with black colour for colouring in the whole sketch.

First i picked red colour and filled cap also neck tie in red shade which is looking very beautiful. I also filled eyes.

Later on i highlighted arms and hand in sky and brown shade. The shirt i filled in purple colour. I gave a yellow touch also.

I took led pencil because i have no grey colour so i added it in the face and legs. I blended pencil very neatly.

At the last step i coloured in the spinner in orange shade including rope holding in hand.
