For this special post, we are going to join a challenge posted by the official PEAKD account of Splinterlands, talking all about the NEW card set which is CONCLAVE ARCANA. For this special episode you are going to see what cards and decks I use in a Modern Ranked Game, The abilities I look for a card, combos I use in battle, and my predictions on how Conclave Arcana is shaping the meta.

Let us start!

For the new set CONCLAVE ARCANA, my favorite cards are

Razi Clanktrap:

• very usable during matches that you can only use range cards since his abilities give range cards an ability to attack in the first position, meaning you can place any range card in front and still dealing damage!

Blazebeard Merc:

• very usable in little leagues where you can only summon cards with less than 4 mana, blazebeard merc can act as a tank or a secondary tank behind halfling since it can attack in any positions.

Abyssal Elemental:

• very fun to use card because of the ability to resurrect at full HP, can act as a tank and deals magic damage as well

Bella Ratajowlski:

• Finally, a summoner that can counter Eternal Tofu and Mylor, this card is very usable as well for games that gives every card thorns and elevate. You can now use melee heroes at any position without worrying of getting thorns.

Lets Now move to my favorite Compositions this season!

I always use halfing and Eternal Tofu during ranks most of the time but you can use halfing with any summoner, the heal of the halfling makes it very OP, not only that his damage is also Immaculate.

Basically any composition with a halfling is good composition, always maximize his damage and mana efficiency combine him with cards that give additional buff like armor and additional damage!

1. Weird Ruleset and Mana Cap combination, Little League + 99 mana cap, it does not make sense, another Champion vs Magii1000 game, watch how I played this game

1. A classic example of how OP gladius cards is dealing 10 and 14 in a single round blow and an instance of EMP + Halfling that dominates matches.

Now let us talk about on how I view Conclave Arcana and how it will shift the Meta, but first let us talk about the value of the cards and black foils. The cards are right now are dipping in value since the release, it may be because of the number of copies or just because of the fact that survival is closed and only a few are botting Wild. Black foils keeps it's position as the new most expensive card on the market replacing Gold Foils. Now for the Conclave Arcana, this card set is now shaping the game unto a new look getting the interest of returning and new players from all around the globe.

**WHO AM I?****

I started playing Splinterlands during 2021, I was young back then, just playing games and knowing nothing about crypto. I discovered Splinterlands while searching for crypto games that are somehow similar to Axie Infinity because it is expensive for me way back then. I am now returning to play Splinterlands and adopt to the current Modern Meta and apply what I have learned in crypto and also enjoy the game I once loved. **WHY AM I WRITING BLOGS? **

I write blogs to tell stories, update new players about the Meta, share my daily experiences, and show everyone how a typical Splinterlands player views the game. I am showing you guys my perspective and journey and I hope that you are enjoying my blogs! Just like everybody we are also beginners at some point, we research, we play, we enjoy, and also we encounter people that inspires us or people that we became friends along the way. In the future I want to become a Maverick, a Land Owner and A crypto whale. I promise to help beginners and also the community in any way that I can and support SPL to the moon.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Learn the Meta, Invest in cards and SPS, prioritize buying epic reward cards and don't forget to buy gladiator packs for brawl, practice different decks, join brawls and tournaments to maximize earning SPS, and lastly and the most important one is HAVE FUN!
