Ice Viper can be used with 140 Mana and it is a rare card and I have rented it for 1 DEC for a level 3 or whatever the level, In league 1 I will have to play with level 1 rare card and in face what is so special about this card to be in your wallet is it looks so dangerous with snakes came out from the tower.
