Hi guys, this is Splinterlands' social media challenge of the week, and this time we are going to upgrade the death splinter monsters. Earlier, I was not playing death splinters. That is why you can see that I don't have More old cards in the death splinters. It is because I was not a fan of death splinters. But later, when I got Chaos Legion cards, I decided to level up new cards, which is why I am continuously upgrading the monsters, and this is, I think, 3rd time I'm going to upgrade the monsters. I own a high-level summoner in Death Splinter, which is why I can max out the levers of other monsters. And my target is 8th level for the common cards, 6th level for the rare, 5th level for the epic, and 3rd level for the legendary.

Whistling Damon | Common Death Unit | Upgraded for Level 4

To max out for the 4th level, I have combined 30 Cards. This is a ranged attack master, and it is a gladius family member. Now let's check the stats after this upgrade. So it is a 3 mana monster, which is a plus point, and this monster has 2 attacks, 5 health, and 4 speed, along with the two abilities Bloodlust and Snipe. So let's talk about how this monster can be utilised in a good way. First of all, this is only a 3 mana monster, which means it is gonna be a game changer for Small mana battles when you use it last, then it is not going to die immediately because it has 5 health. Which means it can harm the enemy very well when you use it in small mana battles.

Witch of Warwick | Common Death Unit | Upgraded for Level 4

This is another Gladius Family member, and this is a magic attack monster. It has a 5 mana. I have combined 30 monsters to reach 4th level, and the monster stats after the upgrades are as follows: 2 attack, 3 health, and 3 speed, and there are two abilities, life leech and bloodbath. Now how you can use this card, so you can place this monster at second position from the last And third position from the First or between them you can use it anywhere but do not use it at first position or last position otherwise it is getting harmed easily Because sneak attacks can attack to the last and also when you put it at first position or 2nd position, then there are chances that it this monster will receive more attacks Because it has only 3 health so it is very important to save this particular Monster.

Pelacor Deceiver | Common Death Unit | Upgraded for Level 6

For a long time, I have been holding so many BCX of this card, but I never got a chance to upgrade this monster. Already, many BCXs are combined with this particular monster. So, I just added 9 more BCXs and then combined them. So after this merge, I get level 6. It has 2 attacks, 9 health, 4 speed, and two abilities, backfire and flying. You can see this monster has just 5 mana, and also it has a Flying ability, because of which it, the more attacks can be missed. So it is ideal to use this monster in the first position, especially in the small mana battles, and it is worth it.

Will-o-Wisp | Epic Death Unit | Upgraded for Level 3

This is an epic monster, and it has 6 Mana. Since it is a defensive monster, you can not expect any attack from this. It has 9 health, 4 speed, and two abilities: Flying and weaken. For this upgrade, I have combined 10 cards. So, for this monster best position is first Position Because it can miss many attacks due to its flying ability. Also, it has a good speed, so it is not bad to place this monster at first. And do not expect an attack from this particular monster because this is a defensive monster.

Dark Arborist | Rare Death Unit | Upgraded for Level 3

I have combined 14 cards to reach this level, and this is a rare card. This is a new card in the Splinterlands. So it has only 4 mana cap which means it A good choice for the small mana battles However, even after upgrade The attack of this card is only 1 And there is a 5 health and 2 speed But two things that you cannot ignore That are the abilities of these cards they are greatest abilities because it has Magic reflect ability as well as demoralize ability which means it helps The whole team to destroy Opponents' Melee attack monsters as well as Magic atttack monsters Now only ranged attack monsters left and for that you can use another card. This way, you can destroy the whole team very easily.

So, monsters like Whistling Damon, Witch of Warwick, Pelacor Deceiver, Will-o-Wisp & Dark Arboris I wanted to upgrade, and I have done it, and I get a chance to upgrade these monsters through a Splinterlands social media challenge. After this upgrade, my deck strength is increased for sure, especially in the death splinter because Death Splinter was very weak in my whole team, and it was recommended for me to upgrade Death Splinter monsters more because they needed more help.
